Dancing With The Stars November 21, 2022 Winners Revealed In Finale Episode (Recap)

Hey, “Dancing With The Stars” fans. Tonight, November 21, 2022, another new performances/results episode of Dancing With The Stars’ current season 31 did hit the air. However, this was the final night of performances as the winner was finally crowned.

Judges: Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough and Bruno Tonioli were on hand, once again, as expected to deliver their final opinions and scores of this season.

Tonight’s finale episode opened up with the pros performing a special routine. Then, previously eliminated Sam & Cheryl, Cheryl Ladd a Louis, Teresa & Pasha and Jason & Peta returned to deliver a special performance.

After all of that, Shangela and Gleb Savchenko performed their first routine of this final episode. It was a Quickstep dance to “Queen Bee” song. Afterwards, Bruno said, “This was a sparkling performance, and your frame was so much better in hold, but you went wrong at the very beginning.”

Carrie Ann said, “You’re exciting. You have grown, but there was a mistake.” Len said, “I didn’t see the mistake, but I saw a vast improvement from the previous performance. The hold and frame was better.” Derek said, “You’re fantastic with your charisma and humor.”

Carrie Ann gave Shangela & Gleb a 9 score, Len a 9, Derek a 9 and Bruno a 9 for a 36 score out of a possible 40 score.

Wayne Brady and Witney Carson served up a Quickstep dance. Afterwards, Len said, “Your frame was stronger, but it needed a little more movement and flow.” Derek said, “This performance needed more pace and stride, and there was a misstep in the side-by-side.” Bruno said, “You make everything look good. However, there was a mistake.” Carrie Ann said, “Your posture and frame was very much improved. You were balanced, but I did catch the mistake.”

Carrie Ann gave Wayne & Witney a 9 score, Len a 9, Derek a 9 and Bruno a 9 for a 36 score.

Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas danced a Jive number to “Gown” song. Afterwards, Carrie Ann said, “This performance was remarkable. You danced with your heart.” Len said, “It’s hard to improve on the first version, but it was even better.” Derek said, “This performance was remarkable with great nuance and attention to detail.” Bruno said, “This performance was smoking and fierce. It’s as good as I’ve ever seen.”

Carrie Ann gave Charli & Mark a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for a perfect 40 score!

Gabby Windey and Val Chmerkovskiy served up a Cha Cha routine to “I Like It (Like That)” song. Afterwards, Derek said, “You were born to perform. There was calmness and strength in this performance.” Bruno said, “This performance was sexy in the right way, and your legs gave me vertigo.”

Carrie Ann said, “This was by far the coolest dance. It was so relaxed but with gravitas and confidence.” Len said, “This performance was full of rhythm and great technique, and you both have great chemistry together. Fantastic performance.”

Carrie Ann gave Gabby & Val a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for a perfect 40 score!

At this point, it was time for their second round of dances, which was a Freestyle round. Wayne Brady and Witney Carson kicked it off to “Get Up / 24K Magic” songs.

Afterwards, Len said, “This performance gave you a chance to showcase your dancing ability.” Derek said, “I’m a fan of yours for life.” Bruno said, “This performance was a smash hit. You always perform like the greatest showman.” Carrie Ann said, “You’ve always been magical, but this performance was off the charts.”

Carrie Ann gave Wayne & Witney a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for a perfect 40 score!

Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas dance to “Us Again” song. Afterwards, Derek said, “This performance was powerful with great storytelling and connection.” Bruno said, “This performance was pure, unquestionable excellence.”

Carrie Ann said, “This was very impressive because you took the more challenging route with the choreography.” Len said, “I don’t usually get emotional, but this is a culmination of everything with fantastic choreography and wonderful dancing.”

Carrie Ann gave Charli & Mark a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for another perfect 40 score!

Gabby Windey and Val Chmerkovskiy danced to “Cell Block Tango” song. Afterwards, Bruno said, “Sexy, freestyle is your style.” Carrie Ann said, “You’re so impressive, and I’m proud to see your journey.” Len said, “You had a lot of charisma. However, I did notice the wardrobe malfunction.” Derek said, “This performance was perfection, and you were incredible.”

Carrie Ann gave Gabby & Val a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for another perfect 40 score!

Shangela and Gleb Savchenko danced to “Survivor / Call Me Mother” songs. Afterwards, Carrie Ann said, “You are inspiring, and you danced with your heart wide open.” Len said, “I was so mesmerized that I forgot to put in my scores.” Derek said, “We’ve never seen anything like that on the show before.” Bruno said, “I feel like I won the lottery. The crowning glory of this incredible season.”

Carrie Ann gave Shangela & Gleb a perfect 10 score, Len a 10, Derek a 10 and Bruno a 10 for a perfect 40 score!

After all that, they finally revealed what we’ve all been waiting for, which was the results. Fourth place was awarded to Shangela and Gleb. Wayne and Witney came in 3rd place. So, it came down to Gabby & Val and Charli & Mark, and the winner was Charli D’Amelio and Mark Ballas!

So, Gabby & Val were the runner-ups. So, much congrats to Charli & Mark for Mirror Ball trophy win. How do you guys feel about Charli and Mark winning Dancing With The Stars season 31?
