Chicago Fire Season 11 November 23, 2022 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Chicago Fire” fans. Unfortunately, it’s time for some more bad news in this article. Yep, it turns out that Chicago Fire is currently in another delay period. So, the folks over at NBC are not going to air the next, new episode 9 of Chicago Fire’s current season 11 tonight, November 23, 2022. It gets worse because they’re also not going to air it next Wednesday night, November 30, 2022.
Now, for some better news. NBC has let us know that they do plan to air the new episode 9 on Wednesday night, December 7, 2022 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, you guys will certainly want to make sure to commit that important date and time to memory.
We did track down what will be replacing Chicago Fire in NBC’s prime time line up tonight and next Wednesday night. Tonight, NBC is airing a special, Saturday Night Live, Thanksgiving edition episode. It’s called, “A Saturday Night Live Thanksgiving.”
NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “A star-studded collection of \”Saturday Night Live’s\” most hilarious Thanksgiving-themed sketches from various seasons, including Debbie Downer: Thanksgiving Dinner, Thanksgiving Parade, Friends-giving, Apple Picking Ad, the Loud Family and many more.”
Next Wednesday night, November 23, 2022, NBC is going to serve up a new Christmas special labeled, “90th Annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this,”The 90th annual tree-lighting ceremony in New York kicks off the holiday season with a dazzling display of musical talents, star-studded surprises and the lighting of the iconic Rockefeller Center Christmas tree.”
If any of you guys are down for watching what NBC has lined up for this two-week delay period, you might still want to flip the channel over to them tonight as you normally would. If you only want to see new Chicago Fire episodes, you will certainly want to avoid NBC tonight and next Wednesday night.
Spoiler Warning: We did get our hands on some new, official teaser descriptions for the next, new episode 9 of Chicago Fire’s current season 11. So, if you like spoilers, keep reading. These come straight from NBC’s official episode 9 press release.
It lets us know that there is indeed an official title for this new episode 9. It’s called, “NEMESIS.”
NBC’s official description for episode 9 reads like this, “Severide struggles with the cost of helping Det. Pryma with the Martucci case. Gallo campaigns for Herrmann to represent 51 at the National Firefighter’s Association’s Winter Conference. A familiar face makes a shocking return.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Chicago Fire’s current season 11 is scheduled to finally make its arrival on Wednesday night, December 7, 2022 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
