New 60 Minutes February 5, 2023 Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “60 Minutes” fans. We’re back on here today, February 5, 2023 to tell you that CBS is going to serve up a brand new episode of 60 Minutes tonight, and we’ve got a little preview of what you can expect to see from it. The lovely folks over at CBS delivered up another new press release for this February 5, 2023 edition. So, that’s what we’ll be taking a look at for this preview session. Let’s get started.
For those of you who care, this is the 20th episode of 60 Minutes’ current season 55. The first description for tonight’s brand new episode reveals that journalist Lesley Stahl is going to interview the managing director of IMF (International Monetary Fund) Kristalina Georgieva because the fund is going to give out new projections for the global economy this week.
CBS’ official description for this IMF (International Monetary Fund) segment reads like this, “THE IMF REPORT – With the International Monetary Fund out this week with new projections on the global economy, Lesley Stahl interviews IMF managing director Kristalina Georgieva. Shachar Bar-On is the producer.”
The second description reveals that they’re going to do a segment titled, “Investigating Donald Trump.” During it, journalist Bill Whitaker is going to chat with the former Manhattan special assistant district attorney Mark Pomerantz. They’re going to talk about how Mark resigned after attorney Alvin Bragg refused to authorize the prosecution of Donald Trump that Mark developed.
CBS’ description for this Investigating Donald Trump segment reads like this, “Bill Whitaker conducts the first television interview with Mark Pomerantz since the former Manhattan special assistant district attorney abruptly resigned a year ago after he says district attorney Alvin Bragg declined to authorize the prosecution of former President Donald Trump on the case Pomerantz developed. Sarah Koch is the producer.”
The 3rd and last description for tonight’s February 5, 2023 edition lets us know that the 60 Minutes team will do a segment featuring popular American rock band “Red Hot Chili Peppers.” During it, journalist Jon Wertheim is going to sit down and have a conversation will all four members of the Red Hot Chili Peppers because they’re currently in the midst of doing their biggest tour schedule ever.
CBS’ description for this Red Hot Chili Peppers band segment reads like this, “Jon Wertheim sits down with all four members of the rock band Red Hot Chili Peppers, currently on their biggest tour ever. John Hamlin and Kara Vaccaro are the producers.”
Again, CBS confirmed that 60 Minutes is brand new tonight, February 5, 2023. It’s scheduled to hit the air at approximately 6 pm central standard time.
