America’s Got Talent September 15 & 16 New Episodes To Feature LIVE Semifinal Performances & Voting Results
According to NBC, they are officially set to air the next, new episodes 20 and 21 of America’s Got Talent’s current season 21 tonight, September 15, 2026 and tomorrow night September 16. They will feature the LIVE semifinal performances and the LIVE voting results.
According to ABC’s press release info, episode 20 is aptly titled, “Semifinals.” Episode 21 is aptly titled, “Semifinals Results.”
The preview intel from NBC is telling us that tonight’s new episode 20 will feature a total of 12 contestants who made it through the quarterfinal rounds, hitting up the stage to try and deliver a performance that’s good enough to collect enough votes from America to send them into the finals.
America will get to vote for six of their favorite contestants to make it through to the finals. There’s no mention of a golden buzzer in this semifinal round. So, it doesn’t look like it will be in play anymore this season.
In tomorrow’s new episode, the LIVE voting results for all the semifinal performances that took place tonight will be revealed. Only the six, top vote-getting contestants will get to advance through to the finals to join the four contestants who were sent there via the golden buzzer, and the rest will sadly get eliminated.
Which contestants will make it through to the finals? That is the big question that we will get an answer to after these two episodes air this week.
Again, NBC’s press release confirmed that the next, new episodes 20 and 21 of America’s Got Talent’s current season 21 are scheduled to hit your TV screens tonight, September 15, 2026, and tomorrow night, September 16, starting in the 7 pm central standard time slot.
