New 20/20 October 2 Episode To Feature A Brutal Beating Murder Case In Arizona
According to ABC, they are officially scheduled to deliver up another brand new episode of “20/20” tonight, October 2, 2026, and it will feature a look at case/scandal that involved a young woman getting brutally beaten to death over in the Arizona area.
According to ABC’s official press release information for this episode, the producers decided to label/title it, “Home Alone.” The preview info from ABC’s episode description is telling us that the 20/20 team will take a deep look at a story about a Scottsdale, Arizona woman named Allison Feldman.
She had a very thriving career as a medical salesperson and a steady boyfriend before she was found sexually assaulted and brutally beaten to death right inside her own house back in February of 2015.
Detectives who worked this case failed to find a matching DNA profile that was recovered from the crime scene. So, this case went cold for many years until some advances in forensic familial DNA eventually helped the investigators crack this case.
The 20/20 team will also explore more about how familial DNA works with David and Kristen Mittelman of Othram Labs. ABC News correspondent John Quiñones handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
Again, ABC’s press release confirmed that they are officially scheduled to deliver this new episode of 20/20 to your TV sets tonight, October 2, 2026, starting in the 8 pm central standard time slot. It will be another 2-hour event. So, expect it to end at 10 pm central standard time.
That is a wrap for this latest, “20/20” TV show, preview report, but definitely stay tuned for more.
