Best Medicine October 6 New Episode 3 Spoilers Reveal Some Men Get Positive Pregnancy Tests & More
According to FOX, they are officially scheduled to air another new installment of their hit comedy series, “Best Medicine” tonight, October 6, 2026, and it will feature a situation involving three men getting positive pregnancy tests and more. This episode is the 3rd one for this current season 2.
According to FOX’s official episode 3 press release information, the writers decided to name/title this one, “Crate Expectations.”
This episode will feature new scenes from Martin, Eden, Sarah, Peter and more. The spoiler info we could gather from FOX’s episode synopsis is telling us that an annual floating crate race event will take place over in Port Wenn at some point, and it will cause its citizens to get very competitive with each other.
Elsewhere, three men will be seen, getting positive pregnancy tests, and Martin will urgently attempt to give them some very important medical advice in regards to those tests.
As for Eden, her singing will end up causing a man to pass out, and it will make her realize that she wants to be liked. A final spoiler scoop for this new episode 3 is letting us know that Sarah, who is a former record-holder for crate racing, will show up on the scene to give Peter some coaching services.
