The Amazing Race October 7 Eliminated No One (Recap)
Earlier tonight, October 7, 2026, CBS aired another new episode for The Amazing Race’s current season 39. This one kicked off with the remaining teams learning that they had to catch a flight to Marrakech, Morocco to get their first clue for this leg of the race.
When they got there, they had to head to a desert to get their next clue. When they reached it, they were hit with a new Road Block challenge titled,”Who feels like they’re going to pieces?” During it, they had to break pottery containers until they cracked the one that contained their clue envelope.
To give the teams who stilled had an Express Pass extra incentive to complete this Road Block challenge, they threw in a new advantage that was hidden in one of the clue envelopes. This new advantage was called, “Roadside Assistance.” It allows whoever has it to call on their teammate’s to help them complete a challenge up until the 5th leg.
Jody and Jenn fell way behind into last place due to the difficulties of this Road Block. Dafina & Saran ended up, getting the special Roadside Assistance advantage.
After successfully completing this Road Block challenge, the teams had to travel by taxi to find their next clue. When they reached it, they were hit with their detours for this leg of the race. They got to choose to do either the “Walk” detour or the “Talk” detour.
In the “Walk” detour, the teams had to roll a tire to a feeding station for camels. Then, get two camels to the feeding station to get their next clue. In the “Talk” detour, the teams had to drive dune buggies to a camp and correctly recite the name of an elder to get their next clue. Andrea & Anuar decided to use their express pass to skip the detours.
After the teams successfully completed their detours, they had to travel to a garden to get their next clue. When they got there, they were hit with a challenge that required them to correctly create a gravity defying fruit display to get their next clue.
The displays were stacked like mini pyramids. Riley & Ann Marie used their express pass to skip this challenge after struggling with it for a while.
After the teams successfully completed the stacking fruit displays challenge, they were told to go to the Koutoubia Gardens, which was the pit stop for this leg of the race: Riley & Ann Marie arrived in first place and won a 5-day trip for two Singapore from Expedia.
Andrea & Anuar took second place. Ali & Joanna took 3rd place. Conner & Garret came in 4th. Cody & Jaime took 5th. Michelle & Matt finished in 6th place. Dafina & Saran took the 7th spot. Erin & Javi finish in 8th place. Daisha & Dalton came in 9th. After that, we got a “To Be Continued” message. So, no one was actually eliminated in this episode since this leg will be completed in next week’s new episode.
