New LEGO Masters JR Season 2 Currently In Question. FOX Hasn’t Renewed It Yet

Currently, we have not been able to find any official announcement from any sources that FOX has renewed or canceled LEGO Masters JR for a brand new season 2 yet. It only got a 4-episode order from FOX. The 4th episode did indeed air tonight, September 8, 2025. So, it was the season 1 finale episode. It could also be the last one forever. We’ll have to wait and see.

FOX was definitely just giving it a try to test the waters with just a 4-episode order. While we don’t currently have an official announcement for the future of this show, we do have the official ratings and viewership numbers for this first season. That can maybe give us a little insight into what FOX might do with this show. So, let’s dive into that information.

According to the LIVE Nielsen ratings for LEGO Masters JR season 1, it managed to bring in an average of 847,000 LIVE viewers per episode, and a 0.16 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics.

The most recent episode 3, which aired last Monday night, September 1, 2025, drew in 721,000 LIVE viewers along with a 0.15 ratings score.

The most-viewed episode was the premiere episode 1 with 923,000 LIVE viewers. The least-viewed episode was episode 3 with 721,000 LIVE viewers.

The highest-rated episode was the premiere episode 1 with a 0.18 ratings score. The lowest-rated episode was episode 3 with a 0.15 ratings score.

Those numbers do seem pretty low for a network like FOX, but this show might be cheap for them to produce since it’s not a scripted show. It’s just a game show. With that in mind, I wouldn’t be surprised if FOX renewed or canceled it.

If they renewed it, I would just figure the show is cheap enough for them to disregard the pretty low viewership and ratings numbers. If they canceled it, I would just think it’s because of the low viewership and ratings numbers. I would definitely keep my fingers crossed for this one.
