Dancing With The Stars Robert Irwin & Witney Carson Won Season 34 In Finale Episode (Recap)
Earlier tonight, November 25, 2025, ABC aired the new, finale episode of Dancing With The Stars’ current season 34, and we finally found out who won this thing at the end of it.
All the judges: Carrie Ann Inaba, Derek Hough, and Bruno Tonioli were on hand to deliver their final scores, praises and critiques. The final five couples did three rounds of dances tonight. They were the Judges’ choice round. The “Instant Dance Challenge,” and the freestyle dance round.
The Judges’ Choice Round was first. Alix Earle and pro Val Chmerkovskiy kicked it off with judge Carrie Ann Inaba’s choice of a samba routine to “Hip Hip Chin Chin” by Club des Belugas. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Alix and Val a perfect 10, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for a perfect 30 points out of a possible 30 points.
Dylan Efron and pro Daniella Karagach danced judge Bruno Tonioli’s choice of a paso doble routine to “Stampede” by Alexander Jean featuring Lindsey Stirling. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Dylan a 9 score, Derek a 9, Bruno a 10 for 28 points.
Elaine Hendrix and pro Alan Bersten performed judge Derek Hough’s choice of a rumba routine to “Take My Breath Away” by Jae Hall. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Elaine and Alan a perfect 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Robert Irwin and pro Witney Carson danced judge Derek Hough’s choice of a quickstep to “Are You Gonna Be My Girl” by Jet. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Robert and Witney a 9 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 29 points.
Jordan Chiles and pro Ezra Sosa served up judge Carrie Ann Inaba’s choice of a paso doble dance to “Breakin’ Dishes” by Rihanna. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Jordan ad Ezra a 9 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 29 points.
Alix Earle and pro Val Chmerkovskiy kicked off the Instant Dance Challenge with a cha cha routine to “Where Is My Husband?” by Raye. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Alix and Val a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Dylan Efron and pro Daniella Karagach did a foxtrot number to “Ordinary” by Alex Warren. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Dylan and Daniella a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Elaine Hendrix and pro Alan Bersten delivered a quickstep routine to “You Can’t Hurry Love” by The Supremes. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Elaine and Alan a 9 score, Derek a 9, Bruno a 9 for 27 points.
Robert Irwin and pro Witney Carson danced a cha cha to “Cake By the Ocean” by DNCE. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Robert and Witney a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Jordan Chiles and pro Ezra Sosa delivered a tango routine to “I Like It” by Alesso and Nate Smith. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Jordan and Ezra a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Alix Earle and pro Val Chmerkovskiy kicked off the Freestyle round with a freestyle that included some paso doble and Argentine tango to “Maneater” by Nelly Furtado and “Sports Car” by Tate McRae. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Alix and Val a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Dylan Efron and pro Daniella Karagach danced a contemporary-infused freestyle to “Something In The Heavens” by Lewis Capaldi. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Dylan and Daniella a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Elaine Hendrix and pro Alan Bersten danced a freestyle dedicated to dancers and inspired by A Chorus Line, set to “I Hope I Get It (from A Chorus Line)” by District 78. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Elaine and Alan a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
Robert Irwin and pro Witney Carson danced a freestyle number to “Black & Gold” by Sam Sparro and “The Nights” by Avicii. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Robert and Witney a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points
Jordan Chiles and pro Ezra Sosa wrapped up all of the performances with a hip-hop freestyle number to “Motivation” by former DWTS finalist and Chiles’ friend Normani, who joined in on the routine as a special guest. Afterwards, Carrie Ann gave Jordan and Ezra a 10 score, Derek a 10, Bruno a 10 for 30 points.
After all of that, they finally revealed that Elaine Hendrix & Alan Bersten landed in 5th place. Dylan Efron & Daniella Karagach took the 4th spot. Jordan Chiles & Ezra Sosa came in 3rd place. Alix Earle & Val Chmerkovskiy were the runner ups. That means Robert Irwin & pro Witney Carson won this thing! They are the season 34 winners of the Mirror Ball Trophy.
