The Walking Dead: Dead City August 23 New Episode 5 Spoilers Reveal A Major Walker Swarm Debacle
According to AMC Plus, they are officially set to release the next, new episode 5 of The Walking Dead: Dead City’s current season 3 onto their streaming platform next Sunday, August 23, 2026, and it will feature a major walker swarm debacle taking place inside of a building and more.
According to AMC Plus, the writers decided to go with the name, “Imperialis” as an official title for this new episode.
AMC Plus has yet to drop an official synopsis for this episode, but they did serve up an official preview clip for it. So, that was our source for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
This episode will feature new scenes from Renata, Maggie, Negan and more. The new preview clip starts off with a new Renata and Maggie scene. A walker falls right in front of them. Afterwards, they look inside a building to see that it’s swarming with Walkers.
Renata says to Maggie,”There must be hundreds of walkers in here. How are we going to do this?” Maggie says, “We’re going to need help.”
Maggie is seen telling a group of people, “This is not your typical walker wrangling. One false move, and somebody is getting bit.”
Negan is seen telling a group of people, “Me and God, we have one thing in common. We despise cowards.” Right after that, a major walker attack scene inside of a building is shown.
