Lanterns September 20 New Episode 6 Spoilers Reveal John Stewart Investigates Hal Jordan’s Death & More
According to HBO, they are officially all set and ready to air the next, new episode 6 of Lantern’s current, premiere season 1 next Sunday night, September 20, 2026, and it will feature John Stewart doing an intense investigation into the death of Hal Jordan and more.
Currently, HBO has not released an official title for this episode or an official synopsis. However, they did release a new preview clip for it. So, that is what we’re working with as a source for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
This episode will feature new scenes from John Stewart, Kerry, a forensic pathologist and more. In the new preview clip, Kerry is seen, talking with John Stewart about how Hal Jordan got killed. Kerry tells him, ” There were no witnesses. Whoever broke his nose probably killed him.” John says, “Do you know why he came back here?” Kerry says, “He came back for me.”
John is seen, talking with a forensic pathologist about Hal’s death. The pathologist tells him, “There’s no signs of him fighting back. There was a single shot to the head. The shooter was looking at him head on.”
There’s another Kerry scene where she says in regards to Hal, “I just wanted someone else around who’d care that he was gone.” There’s a scene where John gets pulled up on and told, “The Green Lantern isn’t welcome here.” From there, a heavy fight scene breaks out. John is seen saying, “I’m just trying to figure out why he got killed.”
The clip caps off with John lying in a cell bed. Then someone walks in, shines a light and says, “What’s up Stewart?” Also , there is an official spoiler snippet from HBO that says, “John Stewart is on the case.” You guys can view the new preview clip over on Youtube by Clicking Here.
Again, HBO confirmed that they are officially scheduled to air the next, new episode 6 of Lanterns’ current, premiere season 1 next Sunday night, September 20, 2026 in the 8 pm central standard time slot.
