According to MGM Plus, they are officially scheduled release the next, new episode 2 of A Tale Of Two Cities current, premiere season 1 onto their streaming platform next Sunday, September 13, 2026, and it will feature a scandalous revenge scheme that’s targeted right at Marquis and more.
According to MGM Plus’ official episode 2 press release info, the writers decided to name/title this episode, “Malunion.” This episode will feature new scenes from Lucie, Charles, Sydney Carton, Therese Defarge, Marquis and more.
The spoiler intel from MGM Plus’ episode synopsis is telling us that Lucie and Charles will be seen, making a trip to Paris to try and carry out a search mission for Lucie’s long-lost father. Charles and Lucie will start to form a close bond during this trip.
However, someone from Charles’ past named Sydney Carton will show up on the scene and throw a gap into Charles’ and Lucie’s new bond. We’re being told that Lucie will somehow be drawn to Sydney who is quite troubled.
A final spoiler scoop for this new episode 2 is letting us know that Therese Defarge will be seen, plotting out an intense and possibly very scandalous revenge plot that’s designed to target Marquis!
