Cupertino October 8 Premiere Episode 1 Spoilers Reveal A Serious Fight Against Tech Giants Takes Place
According to CBS, they are officially all set to debut the very first, premiere episode 1 of their new legal/drama series, “Cupertino” tonight, October 8, 2026.
The preface for this new series is telling us that it will revolve around some scrappy lawyers who have decided to go into intense legal battles against some very powerful tech giants of Silicon Valley in an effort to get justice and defend the rights of the little guys.
According to CBS’ official episode 1 press release information, the writers decided to name/title it, “Michael and Olivia.”
This episode will feature new scenes from characters Michael Price, Olivia Siffre, Christy Palladino and more. The spoiler info we were able to collect from CBS’ episode synopsis is telling us that lawyers Michael and Olivia will get wrongfully fired from a tech start-up at some point, and it will cause them to decide to team up together to create their own law firm that’s designed to represent people who have been specifically taken advantage of by the tech giants.
They will fight back against the gigantic companies over in Silicon Valley with very high stakes attached. As for character Christy Palladino’s character, she is Michael’s former assistant, and she will use her close-knit family connections to help Michael and Olivia get their new law firm up and running.
This series stars Michael Colter as character Michael Price and Rachel Keller as character Olivia Siffre. Christy Palladino’s character is played by Ella Stiller. Episode 1 was written by Robert King and Michelle King. It was directed by Robert King.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the very first, premiere episode 1 of Cupertino’s new, premiere season 1 is scheduled to make its debut on your TV screens tonight, October 8, 2026 in the 9 pm central standard time slot.
It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ Premium plan subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
That is all we’ve got for this latest, “Cupertino” TV show, spoiler report, but definitely stay tuned for more.
