Pokemon Go Recently Revealed A Special, New Challenge And A Few Tips
Hey,Pokemon Go fans. We’ve got some great news for you guys in this report. The official Pokemon Go Youtube channel recently revealed that they have unleashed some new challenges in the game. They’re calling these latest challenges, “Trainer Battles.”
Their brief description of them reads like this, “Ready to take on a new challenge? Get ready for Trainer Battles in Pokémon GO! Choose a team of three Pokémon and challenge a fellow Trainer or a team leader in one of three leagues.”
Since it’s Youtube, they of course supplied a video with tips and tutorials on how these new challenges work.The video immediately starts off letting us know that you can battle a team leader or a nearby trainer by opening the nearby menu and tapping the Battle section. This will initiate a trainer battle.
Next, players can challenge a nearby trainer by scanning their battle code. Players can also battle their ultra friends of best friends from anywhere at anytime. Next, the video tells players to choose a league. The leagues determine the CP limit for the Pokemon used in the battle. From there, players are instructed to select three Pokemon to participate in the battle.
They point out that you must take note of the CP cap because you won’t be able to pick a Pokemon that exceeds it. Next, the video says, “Trainer, don’t lose sight of strategy when picking your Pokemon party. The ideal team will have a potent mix of Pokemon types and different attacks to counter your opponent’s selections.
It is also better to select Pokemon that know multiple Charged Attacks. You can unlock a second Charged Attack for each Pokemon before entering into a Trainer Battle. It could be your key to victory!”
The video goes on to reveal that players can teach a second Charged Attack by using Candy and Stardust. Once the battle begins, tap to attack. When the attack meter is full, your Pokemon can unleash a Charged Attack!
When choosing which Charged Attack to use, pick the one that will be the most effective against your opponent Pokemon’s type. When you play to your strengths and their weaknesses, you’ll be unstoppable! In a trainer Battle, your Pokemon can defend against incoming attacks by using a Protect Shield.
When it comes to defense, you have to trust your intuition as a trainer. Your bond with your Pokemon will be put to the test! Players will have a limited number of Protect Shields for each battle ,and using them at the right time could save your Pokemon from a devastating attack.
