‘Big Brother’ September 10, 2020 Evicted Bayleigh Dayton. New HOH Revealed (Recap)
Hey, fellow “Big Brother” fans. Tonight,September 10, 2020,another LIVE eviction episode for Big Brother season 22, All-Stars did indeed air, and another houseguest was sent packing. Also, a new HOH (Head of Household) was just crowned on the LIVE feeds.
Tonight’s episode kicked off with footage of what took place in the house after the last POV ceremony. Bayleigh was very emotional and ticked off at Christmas. She refused to give Christmas a hug when she tried to offer her one.
Bayleigh told the private cams aka the Diary Room of Tyler, “I don’t think he ever had any intention of sacrificing his game for me.” Bayleigh also broke down and cried, claiming she was upset for Da’Vonne’s game.
Christmas told Da’Vonne, “Putting Tyler up would’ve destroyed my position in this house. I’m not going to take Bayleigh’s shots for her. I am your ally. I want you here. We have you.”
Tyler told Da’Vonne, “You’ve got my vote. I’m proud of you. I’m gonna make sure you stay.” Enzo told David, “I love Bayleigh more. I just don’t know if we have the votes.” David told the private cams, “I want Bayleigh to stay. We need someone who can win competitions.”
They showed a segment of Cody crying because he found out his grandfather passed away on Labor Day. So, that was a very emotional segment.
Next,Christmas and Da’Vonne were seen talking in the bathroom area. Christmas was trying to say that Bayleigh is taking things too personally.
Da’Vonne defended Bayleigh by telling Christmas, “You pulling the trigger on her was like me pulling the trigger on her. That’s why she’s upset. She told you something personal, and you used it against her in the game.”
Christmas started saying there’s no such thing as personal game. “It’s game,” she said. From there, they started getting pretty loud. Loud enough to where everyone could hear them.
Bayleigh heard them and ran in to join the conversation. Da’Vonne started getting worked up. So, she just told Christmas, “I’m gonna walk away now.”
Then Bayleigh and Christmas started arguing. Christmas tried to explain to Bayleigh about how her decision to put them up and not backdoor Tyler was a game move only.
However, Bayleigh didn’t like the way Christmas was using her hands to explain things, and she told her to keep her hands down. So, Christmas just stormed off saying, “There’s a difference between game and personal!”
To cap things off, they showed one more piece of footage featuring Da’Vonne and Bayleigh coming back in from the backyard and getting into it with Christmas again.
Bayleigh had to drag Da’Vonne off as she said to Christmas, “Jessica was right. You’re a coward! You wanted to provoke me. I’m provoked! I’m provoked! I’m provoked!” So yeah. That got real intense.
After all of that, the two eviction nominees Da’Vonne and Bayleigh gave their final plea speeches, and they kept things nice and classy. Then the rest of the houseguests casts their votes to evict.
Dani, Ian, Cody, Enzo, Tyler, David, Memphis, Nicole and Kevin all voted to evict Bayleigh. No one voted to evict Da’Vonne. So, with a unanimous vote of 9-0, Bayleigh was evicted from the Big Brother house tonight.
Bayleigh gave her exit interview to host Julie Chen-Moonves. During the interview,Julie let Bayleigh know that Christmas was in the Committee alliance and that Tyler was her untouchable. Bayleigh was shocked.
At one point, Bayleigh said she and Tyler talked privately, and she wants to put their drama behind them. She also said she wanted to prove to herself that she can deal with things better than she did in Big Brother season 20, and she thinks she did that.
After that, the remaining housguests competed for the new HOH (Head Of Household). Also,Julie announced to them that there will be no battle back competition for the first five houseguests that got evicted, and that everyone left is now a member of the jury.
The HOH comp is called, “Power Trip.” It’s an endurance comp where they have to hold on to a wall for dear life. The last one holding on, wins HOH. So, that’s about as straight up as it can get. Julie also revealed that the first three to fall are have-nots for the week.
This comp, of course, lasted beyond the time constraints of the LIVE show, but we do now have the results of who won the HOH comp. It came down to Nicole, Cody and Dani, and Dani was the one who was the last person holding on for dear life when it was all said and done!
So, Dani is the new HOH this week, guys. It’s possible that she could stir something up this week. So, this could get quite interesting. Who will Dani nominate for eviction tomorrow? That’s the big question we have now. Be sure to look out for our report on the results of that tomorrow.
