Hey, “So Help Me Todd” fans. We’re back in action to let you know that CBS will deliver up another new episode of So Help Me Todd next Thursday night, May 11, 2023. This next, new episode will be the 20th one for So Help Me Todd’s current, premiere season 1, and we’ve got some new spoiler scoops for it.
We were able to get a hold of some new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 20 via CBS’ official episode 20 press release synopsis. So, we’re going to take a look at it ,right now, for this spoiler session. Let’s go.
For starters, CBS revealed that this new episode 20 of So Help Me Todd season 1 is officially labeled/titled, “Mosquito Season Is Coming.” It sounds like episode 20 will feature some very intense, dramatic, interesting and romantic scenes as Chuck is looking at a possible 20 years in prison. Lyle finds love. Susan gets hit up for some divorce lawyer help and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the possible 20 years in prison situation. Yep, it turns out that Chuck is going to get himself into some serious trouble in this episode as he will face charges that could land him in prison for 20 long years! Apparently, he will get accused of fixing a cash prize giveaway at a hockey game. We’ll see Margaret represent Chuck in court for this big problem of his.
CBS’ official description for this serious, Chuck, court case plotline tells us, “Margaret must represent Chuck when he faces 20 years in federal prison after being accused of fixing a cash prize giveaway at the Portland Widows hockey game.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that a new, forensic accountant is going to show up on the scene at some point, and Lyle will end up taking a romantic interest in her.
CBS’ description for this latest Lyle storyline reads like this, “Lyle finds a new love interest in a forensic accountant.”
The 3rd and last teaser description for this new episode 20 lets us know that Allison will be in the market for a good divorce lawyer these days. So, we’re going to see her ask Susan if she’ll be willing to fill that role.
CBS’ description for this divorce lawyer scenario reads like this, “Allison asks Susan to be her divorce lawyer.” Episode 20 will also feature a guest star. That person is: Laila Robins as character Natalie Harris, Margaret’s Former Sorority Sister.
CBS also let us know that episode 20 was written by Elizabeth J.B. Klaviter and Nicole French, and it was directed by Stuart Gillard.
CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 20 of So Help Me Todd’s current, premiere season 1 is indeed scheduled to hit your TV screens next Thursday night, May 11, 2023 at approximately 8 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
