The Challenge USA September 28, 2023 Eliminated Tyler Crispen (Recap)
Hey, “The Challenge USA” fans. Tonight, September 28, 2023, another new episode of The Challenge USA season 2 did indeed air, and we saw another contestant get sent packing at the end of it.
Tonight’s new episode kicked off with Chris telling the private cams, “Tyler and Faysal need to go.” Cassidy told the private cams, “I can only trust myself at this point.” Tyler told the private cams that he was sad after Alyssa S left, but he does still have Faysal helping him out. Cory told the private cams, “I’m trying to cover my back from all sides.”
After all of that, host TJ Lavin showed up with the next, new individual challenge. It was titled, “Slippery Business.” During it, they oil wrestled each other to do whatever it took to get everyone out of a ring they were in.” The guys wrestled the guys. The women wrestled the women. Cory won for the guys, and Michaela won for the women. So, they were both safe from elimination, and they got to pick which woman and man to send to the elimination challenge.
Cory and Michaela eventually chose to put up Tyler and Cassidy after Cory refused to put up Tori during their conversation. Cory told Michaela, “Tori is one of my main allies. I’m not doing it.”
Tori told the private cams that she was hurt that Michael pitched her name for elimination. Josh campaigned to vote Chris for the secret vote, and the other guys agreed. Cassidy got mad an started a fight with Michaela because she thought she pitched her name for elimination. She also wouldn’t let Michaela speak. So, Michaela just walked off.
Michaela campaigned to Chris to try to make it a girls elimination with the secret vote. He seemed to agree. So, Michaela, Chris, Chanelle, Michele and Desi all agreed to vote for Tori in the secret vote.
Next, Chris and Cassidy showed up for the elimination challenge. Then, the secret votes were revealed. Tori got 3 votes (Michele bailed on the vote, which would have make it 4 votes for Tori), Chanelle got 1 vote and Chris got 6 votes. Those votes were thrown into the ball hopper machine, and TJ ended up drawing Chris’ name. So, Chris had to compete in the elimination challenge against Tyler. Cassidy was safe since TJ didn’t draw a woman’s name.
The elimination challenge was titled, “Barrel Tag.” It consisted of two rounds. During one round, one guy tried to catch the other guy to tag him, but they could only move around by stacking barrels in front of each other. The guy who tagged the other guy in the quickest amount of time, won.
When it was all played and done, Chris tagged Tyler in 1:20 seconds. Tyler tagged Chris in 1:52 seconds. So, Chris won another elimination challenge to stay alive in this competition, and poor Tyler finally lost. He was eliminated ,and he told the private cams, “This was an experience of a lifetime. So, I’m just grateful to everyone.”
