20/20 March 29, 2024 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “20/20” fans. We’re back with some not-so-great news for you guys. For some unknown reason, ABC is not airing a new episode of 20/20 tonight, March 29, 2024. Nope, instead, they have a repeat episode of 20/20 that’s all queued up and ready to go. Some of you guys might not have seen this particular repeat episode. So, we do have some preview information for it.
According to ABC’s official press release this repeat episode is titled, “Hell in Heels.” It originally aired way back on April 1, 2022.
In this repeat episode, the 20/20 team took a deep look at a story about a well-known West Coast lawyer named Larry McNabney. He disappeared after a horse show. Eventually, the detectives who worked this case found Larry’s body buried in a California vineyard and discovered that his wife Elisa had drained all of his assets and went on the run with her daughter Haylei Jordan.
The investigation went on to discover a number of twisted lies from Elisa. This episode featured an exclusive interview with the daughter Haylei Jordan. ABC News correspondent John Quinones handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
ABC’s official description for this repeat episode of 20/20 reads like this, “20/20” reports on well-known West Coast lawyer Larry McNabney who disappeared after a horse show. His fifth wife, Elisa McNabney, claimed he broke up with her and left town.
Soon after, police found McNabney’s body buried in a California vineyard and discovered that Elisa drained his assets and went on the run with her daughter, Haylei Jordan. The investigation uncovered a twisted web of lies in Elisa’s wake, including how Elisa’s real name was Laren Sims and that she played a shocking role in McNabney’s death.
On this episode of “20/20,” Jordan speaks out and reveals insight into her mother’s troubled past, including her allegedly volatile relationship with McNabney. In the interview, Jordan shares stories about life on the run with her mother, before finding out about her role in the murder, and her firsthand interactions with her mother’s accomplice, Sarah Dutra, convicted of manslaughter and of helping cover up McNabney’s death.The program features reporting by ABC News correspondent John Quiñones.”
If any of you guys missed that repeat episode during its original airing, you might still want to tune into ABC tonight to check it out. If you did catch this repeat episode the first time around and have no desire to watch it again, you will definitely want to make some alternate plans for tonight as fast as you can.
Again, ABC confirmed that 20/20 is a repeat episode tonight, March 29, 2024, and it’s scheduled to hit the air, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
