48 Hours June 22, 2024 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We’re back in action to let you know that the CBS people will be serving up another repeat episode of 48 Hours tonight, June 22, 2024 since it is still in its off-season for the summer. Some of you guys might not have seen this repeat installment. So, we do have some preview intel for it.
The CBS folks served up a revised, official press release for this repeat episode. So, we will certainly reference it for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
The first thing we’ve got is the official title. It’s called, “Jade Janks and the Secret Photos.” It originally aired way back on October 14, 2023.
In this repeat episode, the 48 Hours team took a deep look at a story about a woman named Jade Janks. She was charged with the murder of her stepfather Tom Merriman after she found explicit photos of herself on his computer. 48 Hours contributor Tracy Smith handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode of 48 Hours reads like this, “It was New Year’s Day 2021 when the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department got a call from a man saying his friend, an area woman named Jade Janks, might have killed her stepfather, Tom Merriman. In a story only on 48 HOURS, contributor Tracy Smith reports on the case against Janks and shares never-before-seen on television clues investigators uncovered in an encore of “Jade Janks and the Secret Photos.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode when it first aired, you might still want to stick with CBS tonight to check it out. If you did already see it, and you have no desire to watch it again, you will definitely want to make some other plans for tonight as soon as you can.
Again, CBS confirmed that 48 Hours is showing up with a repeat episode again tonight, June 22, 2024, starting at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
