New Yellowstone Season 5 Second Half Premiere Date & More Finally Revealed
Hey, “Yellowstone” fans. We’re back on here with some super important news for you guys. According to the folks over at Deadline.com, Paramount has finally released a premiere date for the second half of Yellowstone’s current and final season 5.
That’s right, guys. Season 5 will indeed be the very last season. The production of the final episodes has officially begun over in Montana, and the official premiere date for them will land on Sunday night, November 10, 2024 in the 8 pm time slot. In the UK, It will premiere on November 11, 2024.
Deadline is telling us that this back half of season 5 will only feature six episodes. However, the creator of the show Taylor Sheridan told the Hollywood Reporter that he thinks Paramount would allow him to do 10 episodes if he needed them. So, I guess it will come down to how many episodes Taylor Sheridan will actually need to wrap up the season.
Right now, I would probably just set my expectations at 6 episodes. That way you won’t be disappointed if there isn’t more, and you’ll be presently surprised if there is more. That way of thinking is a win, win.
The first half of season 5 premiered way back in November of 2022,and it averaged a whopping 8.206 million LIVE viewers per episode, and a 1.49 ratings score for the 18-49 year old demographics. The most recent episode 8 pulled in 8.189 million LIVE viewers, and a 1.48 ratings score.
The next, new episode will be episode 9, and we’ll get a projected total of 14 episodes for now. Cross your fingers for more. Again, the second half of the last season 5 of Yellowstone is scheduled to start up on Sunday night, November 10, 2024 in the 8 pm time slot.
