New 48 Hours September 28 Episode Preview Reveals A Bathtub Murder And More
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We’re back in action to inform you that another new episode of 48 Hours is hitting the air tonight, September 28, 2024. This one will be the second episode of this current season 37, and we’ve got some new preview intel for it.
CBS was nice enough to give us an official press release for tonight’s new episode 2. So, that is what we’ll be taking a look at for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
To start, CBS let us know that this new episode 2 is officially labeled/titled, “The Bathtub Murder of Kendy Howard.” In this new episode 2, the 48 Hours team is going to take a deep look at a story about a northern Idaho man named Dan Howard.
He is a former state trooper. He was charged with the murder of his wife after he told the investigators he found her dead in their bathtub with a gunshot wound in her head. Peter Van Sant handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for this new episode 2 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “When sheriff’s deputies were called to the northern Idaho home of distraught former state trooper Dan Howard, something didn’t seem right. Howard told investigators he found his wife dead in their bathtub, with a gunshot wound to her head. Peter Van Sant and 48 HOURS report on the investigation and the case against Dan Howard in “The Bathtub Murder of Kendy Howard.”
An alternate description tells us, “DID A FORMER IDAHO STATE TROOPER USE HIS TRAINING TO STAGE HIS WIFE’S DEATH? “48 Hours” Reports in “The Bathtub Murder of Kendy Howard.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of 48 Hours’ current season 37 is indeed scheduled to make its way to your TV screens tonight, September 28, 2024 in the 9 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+. This will be a 1-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
