Elementary Spoilers For Season 7, May 23, 2019 Premiere Episode 1 Revealed
Hey, “Elementary” fans. It’s that time again for a brand new season 7! It’s, of course, going to start off with the premiere episode 1, which we’ll be going over right now. The wonderful folks over at CBS were nice enough to deliver a press release for the premiere episode 1. So, that’s what we’ll be using for this spoiler session.
To get things started, CBS revealed that the premiere episode 1 is officially titled, “The Further Adventures.” Episode 1 sounds like it will feature some pretty interesting and dramatic scenes as Holmes and Watson take a new journey inside the tabloid industry. Captain Gregson gets wracked with guilt. Holmes gets homesick and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the Holmes and Watson situation. It turns out that these two will have new careers as consultants for Scotland Yard. This new career path will end up taking them deep inside the tabloid journalism industry after a popular model is viciously attacked!
CBS’ official description tells us, “Holmes and Watson’s new careers as consultants for Scotland Yard in London take them inside the tabloid journalism industry when a popular model is the victim of an acid attack.”
What will Holmes and Watson discover on this new journey of theirs. That’s a big question for this particular storyline. It definitely sounds like a pretty intense situation. Intense enough to make them want to possibly investigate it. We’ll have to wait and see.
The second spoiler scoop reveals that both Watson and Captain Gregson will be having a really tough time in this episode. Apparently, Watson will be feeling really homesick for New York. Meanwhile,Captain Gregson is going to be feeling a lot of guilt due to a unresolved rift with his former consultants. CBS’ description tells us, “As Watson grows increasingly homesick for New York, Captain Gregson is wracked with guilt over his unresolved rift with his former consultants.”
Will Watson and Captain Gregson be able to pull it together and get out of this rut they’re in? Those are some questions for their storylines at the moment. Hopefully, we’ll see these questions get answered in this season 7 premiere episode.
Episode 1 will feature quite a few guest stars. They are: Tamsin Greig as character (DCI Athelney Jones), Ravi Kapoor as character (Dr. Garret Halsey), Saffron Burrows as character (Ruby Carville), Maritz Veer as character (Lola Quinn), Jamie Thomas King as character (Derek Casey), Danny Schwarz as character (Chip), Dave Shalansky as character (Tony), Federico Dordei as character (Beppo), Tara Summers as character (Nurse), Tom Vickers as character(Moped Man), Harry Smith as character (Reporter #1) and Ian Harkins as character (Reporter #2).
Episode 1 will feature one recurring star. It is: Ophelia Lovibond as character (Kitty Winter).
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 1 are: Jonny Lee Miller as character (Sherlock Holmes), Lucy Liu as character (Joan Watson), Aidan Quinn as character (Captain Tommy Gregson), Jon Michael Hill as character (Detective Marcus Bell) and James Frain as character (Odin Reichenbach).
Episode 1 was written by Robert Doherty and Jason Tracey, and it was directed by Christine Moore. CBS’ press release confirmed that the season 7 premiere episode 1 is scheduled to air tonight, May 23, 2019 at approximately 9 pm central standard time.
