Big Brother 21 Spoilers: Power Of Veto Winner Revealed For July 21, 2019
Hey, fellow “Big Brother” fans. We are back at you today with another exciting report for this current season 21. The POV (Power Of Veto) competition was indeed played yesterday, July 20, 2019, and the results are in!
Before we jump into who won it, let’s do a brief recap of this week to catch everyone up to speed. This week started this past Thursday night, July 18, 2019. Cliff was evicted by a 6-4 vote over Nicole, but he returned to the game after winning the “Camp Comeback” competition.
From there, Cliff kept his winning streak going by winning the HOH (Head Of Household) competition.
The next day on July 19, 2019, Cliff threw Jackson and Jack on the eviction chopping block during his nomination ceremony. Jack was revealed to be Cliff’s main target. That brings us to yesterday’s Power Of Veto competition.
Jack did use his special power he won during one of the Whacktivity competitions, but it’s so freaking lame that I don’t see why even he bothered. His power gave him the ability to cause a redraw of who was picked to play in the veto comp.
The first random draw featured Holly, Jessica and Sam getting picked to play in the veto comp. When Jack initiated his power, it caused a second draw. During that draw, Analyse, Kathryn and Sam were picked to play in the veto. So, it switched up two people, which really didn’t make much of a difference.
Buy anyways, that means Analyse, Kathryn and Sam played for the veto along with Cliff and his two eviction nominees Jack and Jackson. After everything was all played and done, it was Jackson who emerged the winner of the Power Of Veto! So, Jackson is our new POV winner this week.
This sets up a whole new set of very interesting possibilities because Jackson , Christie and that whole six shooters alliance wanted to get Bella out this week. Christie holds the ability to upgrade Jackson’s veto to the “Diamond Power Of Veto.”
If Christie were to do that, Jackson would be able to pick the replacement nominee instead of Cliff when he takes himself off the block.
If that happens, we could see Bella get thrown up next to Jack this week ,and she would more than likely get voted out.
What we’re going to do now is look at the LIVE Feed notes we have here to see what last night’s conversations featured after the veto comp. This will allow us to see what the next, big move will most likely be.
At around 4:23 pm pacific time, July 20, 2019, Jackson was seen saying that he thinks Christie will use her Diamond Power Of Veto upgrade power on his veto so he can nominate Bella in his place.
At around 4:30 pm, Jackson and Kathryn were seen celebrating and saying that Bella needs to go. Holly said she wants Nick to go over Bella. Kathryn agreed with Holly. She wants Nick out too.
At around 4:50 pm, Kathryn promised Jack she would vote out Bella if she gets thrown on the block.
At around 4:50 pm, Christie was seen talking to Tommy about using her power. She’s actually worried about using her power saying,” I don’t know if they would help me the way they need me to help them.”
At 5:15 pm,Kathryn was seen confirming to Christie that Cliff would throw Tommy on the chopping block in Jackson’s place. Christie said, “That makes my decision then.”
At one point, Christie was see telling Nicole, “I won this power, and I want to use it for myself. I know it’s be best to not use this power and to save it for if I need it.”
At around 7:20 pm, Cliff was seen talking with Christie, and they both agreed that Bella is bad for the house and does need to go. Cliff promised Christie he would not renom Tommy if she doesn’t use her power. He would put up either Analyse or Holly. At that point, Christie just told Cliff she would let him know what she decides to do.
For some reason, Christie ran back and told Jack and Analyse that Cliff would nominate Bella if she doesn’t use her power instead of what Cliff really said. She also said that Cliff asked for two weeks of safety, and he really didn’t. Ugh. Christie irritates me.
At around 11:25 pm, Nick was seen vowing to nominate Christie for eviction if she uses her power to get Bella on the chopping block.
