Big Brother September 5, 2019 Evicted Jessica Milagros & Christie Murphy (Recap)
Hey, fellow “Big Brother” fans. Tonight, September 5, 2019, the long awaited, Double Eviction live show for this current season 21 did indeed air, and two unlucky housguests did get sent to the jury house when it was all said and done.
Tonight’s LIVE Double Eviction show kicked off with footage of what took place in the house after Tommy rescued his partner in crime Christie from the eviction chopping block, leaving the reigning HOH Jackson to replace her with Cliff.
They showed footage of Jackson and Holly chatting about their plan to get Jessica out. They said it is a very high risk and high reward plan because they had to trust that Nicole and Cliff would really gun for Christie and Tommy if one of them won the next HOH(Head Of Household).
Next, Christie was seen telling Cliff that no one will win with Holly and Jackson still in the game. So, Christie was obviously trying to flip things, but Cliff revealed that he didn’t like it because he’s fully convinced he needs Holly and Jackson’s help to get him further to the end.
Cliff immediately went and told Jackson and Holly what Christie was up to. So, Christie was definitely on the outs. Holly told the private cams aka The Diary Room, “I knew Christie would be a problem. Part of me wishes we would’ve gotten her out when we had the chance.”
From there. we saw host Julie Chen Moonves tell the remaining houseguests that tonight is actually a LIVE Double Eviction.
Next, the two eviction nominees Cliff and Jessica gave their final plea speeches. Then the other houseguests casts their votes to evict.
No one voted to evict Cliff. Holly,Nicole,Christie and Tommy all voted to evict Jessica. So, with a unanimous vote of 4-0, Jessica was evicted from Big Brother season 21 tonight. Afterwards, she gave her very dull exit interview with Julie.
Then the remaining houseguests immediately competed for the new HOH. The title of this comp was called, “On Thin Ice.” During it, the houseguests had to complete a puzzle and then make a hockey goal to win it.
Nicole ended up pulling out the victory in convincing fashion! Cliff went and gave Nicole a hug in private saying, “You did it! You did it!” Nicole told Christie, “You might see yourself going on the block, but you gotta trust me.” Christie said, “Ok, ok.”
Shortly after that, Nicole nominated Christie and Tommy for eviction. Next, the houseguests immediately competed for the POV (Power Of Veto).
It was a true or false, 7 question quiz competition called, “What The Bleep.” They needed to know what words were bleeped out of certain video clips from this season to get these answers correct. Cliff ended up winning it by one point!
Afterwards, Cliff told Christie, “I’m not changing the noms, and we can send Christie home. Are you ok with that?” Nicole was definitely ok with that.
Next, they immediately did the POV Ceremony. Cliff indeed did not use the POV and left Nicole’s Christie and Tommy eviction nominations the same.
Right after that, Tommy and Christie gave their final plea speeches. Then the rest of the houseguests casts their votes to evict.
Jackson, Holly and Cliff all voted to evict Christie. No one voted to evict Tommy. So, by another unanimous vote of 3-0, Christie was the second person to get evicted tonight, September 5, 2019.
Christie then gave her exit interview to Julie. During it, Christie told Julie, “Jackson’s going to win. I don’t see how getting me out was best for Nicole’s game.” After that, she accepted her defeat and said, “Maybe it’s meant for Tommy to win instead of me” and some other stuff like that.
