‘Batwoman’ Season 1, March 29, 2020 Episode 17 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Batwoman” fans. We are back on here to unfortunately deliver some bad news for you guys. It turns out that Batwoman is currently on another little, short break. That means The CW will not be airing the next, new episode 17 of Batwoman’s current premiere season 1 tonight, March 29, 2020.
This bad news gets a little worse because episode 17 will not be airing next week either. The official confirmation that we have is that the new episode 17 is currently scheduled to air on Sunday night, April 12, 2020 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to commit that very important date and time to memory or write it down on something.
So, what is The CW airing instead of the new episode 17 of Batwoman’s current season 1 over the next two weeks? According to the TV Guide listings, The CW will be airing repeat episodes of Batwoman.
Tonight, they’re going to re-air the 8th episode of season 1 titled, “A Mad Tea-Party.” The CW’s official description for it reads like this,”Kate and Alice continue their sister/nemesis dance, while Alice and Mouse construct their most evil plan yet.
Mary invites Kate to a special event honoring Catherine and Jacob makes a decision that leaves Kate perplexed.”
Then next Sunday night, April 5, 2020, The CW will re-air the 10th episode of this season 1. It’s titled, “How Queer Everything Is Today!”
The CW’s official description for it reads like this, “While Gotham busies itself reacting to Batwoman’s awkward encounter, Alice celebrates her ultimate act of vengeance with Mouse.
A devastated Mary focuses on Jacob Kane’s trial, while Sophie seeks advice about her love life from someone unexpected. As they tackle the newest threat to Gotham, Luke prioritizes protecting Batwoman’s secret, and Kate must decide what she is willing to do to honor Batwoman’s identity…and her own.”
If any of you guys have any desire to watch any of those repeat episodes, just continue to tune into The CW as you normally would. However, if you have no desire to watch these repeat episode, you will most certainly want to find something else to watch or do as quickly as possible.
With all that said, we do have some new info for the next,new episode 17 of Batwoman’s current season 1. The CW did reveal and official synopsis for it. So, we’re going to read it off to you right now.
Before we do though. We must warn you that this synopsis does contain light spoiler teasers. So, if spoilers are not your cup of tea, we do suggest that you definitely leave this article right now.
On the other hand, if you absolutely love spoilers, and your heart just lights up with joy at the mere thought of them, we think you should definitely stick around.
Ok, now that our spoiler warning is in place, let’s take a look at this official synopsis and title for episode 17.
It is officially labeled/titled, “A Narrow Escape.” It sounds like episode 17 will feature some very interesting, dramatic, action-filled and intense scenes.
In the new episode 17,Batwoman will certainly have her hands full. At some point, we’re going to see Batwoman get a new challenge thrown at her from a past villain that has decided to pop up again. This past villain will test the heroics of Gotham’s most outstanding citizens.
Elsewhere, Alice will also face some sort of challenge of her own. Whatever it is, it sounds like it will be quite serious because it will absolutely test her limits!
The CW’s official description for episode 17 reads like this, “Batwoman (Ruby Rose) encounters a new challenge when an old villain resurfaces, testing the heroics of Gotham’s most stand-up citizens. Alice’s (Rachel Skarsten) limits are tested.”
Episode 17 will also feature Dougray Scott as character Jacob Kane, Meagan Tandy as character Sophie Moore, Nicole Kang as character Mary Hamilton and Camrus Johnson as character Luke Fox.
Episode 17 was directed Paul Wesley,and it was written by Daphne Miles. Again, The CW confirmed that the next, new episode 17 of Batwoman’s current season 1 is scheduled to air on Sunday night, April 12, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
