Hey, “Blue Bloods” fans. Unfortunately, we’ve got some very bad news for you guys on this Friday night. It turns out that for some reason, CBS will not be airing the next, new episode 18 of Blue Bloods’ current season 10 tonight, April 10, 2020.
Actually, it looks like the show is just on another break of some sort because this will the same case next Friday night, April 17, 2020.
We have official confirmation that episode 18 is scheduled to air on Friday night, April 24, 2020 in its usual 9 pm central standard time slot. So, this show will be MIA (missing in action) for the next two weeks.
Be sure to mark down that very important April 24, 2020 date and time on your TV show schedules if you’re trying to catch this show LIVE.
So, what will CBS air instead of the next, new episode 18 of Blue Bloods’ current season 10 over the next two weeks? According to the TV Guide listings, CBS has got another set of repeat, Blue Bloods episodes on their roster.
Tonight, they are re-airing the 9th episode of this season 10 titled, “Grave Errors.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “While working a case of a nanny accused of abuse, Erin disagrees with the psychiatric consultant, Dr. Alice Dornan, regarding her diagnosis and punishment suggestion.
Also, Eddie confronts her boss who has a personal vendetta against the commissioner and the Reagan family name. Mayor Peter Chase pushes Frank to make staffing changes he is skeptical about; and Danny goes undercover on a case when a woman claims to have heard someone plotting a murder.”
Then next Friday night, April 17, 2020, CBS is re-airing the 10th episode of season 10. It’s titled, “Bones to Pick.”
CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “After a woman is found dead at a men’s-only club, Danny and Baez investigate if her death was an accident or the result of foul play.
Also, Frank hears about an alleged affair between the chief of Internal Affairs and the spouse of another member of law enforcement, and Jamie and Eddie argue about gender politics in the Reagan family.”
If any of you guys have any desire to watch these repeat episodes, you will want to continue to watch CBS as you normally would over these next two weeks. If this is not the case for you, and you just have absolutely no desire to watch these repeat episodes, you will certainly want to get some other plans in the woodworks as soon as you can.
Normally, this would be the point in our article where we tell you we have some new info for the next, new episode 18 of Blue Bloods’ current season 10, but we can’t do that this time because CBS has not yet released the new press release for it.
However, we were able to track down an official title for episode 18. It’s called, “Hide in Plain Sight.”
We also have some ratings and viewership numbers for Blue Bloods season 10. It has averaged 7.616 million LIVE viewers per episode and a ratings score of 0.63 for the 18-49 year old demographics.

CBS has yet to renew Blue Bloods for a brand new season 11, but those viewership and ratings numbers look pretty good to us. If CBS did renew it, we wouldn’t be surprised. Cross your fingers.
