Big Brother 22 Spoilers: October 18, 2020 Power Of Veto Winner Revealed
Hey, fellow “Big Brother” fans. Happy Sunday. We hope your weekend has gone great so far. We are back with the new report of how this week’s new POV (Power Of Veto) competition played out yesterday, October 17, 2020.
Before we tell you who won it, we’re going to do our regular, quickie recap of the week thus far to make sure everyone is up to speed on everything. This past Thursday night, October 15, 2020, Enzo was able to pull out a second HOH ( Head Of Household) win this season during the “Knight Moves,” HOH competition.
Then on Friday, October 16, 2020, Enzo decided to nominate Christmas and Nicole for eviction this week.
And that all brings us up to date to yesterday’s POV competition. Of course, everyone played in it since there’s only four people left in the house. According to the folks over at Big Brother Network, the comp required the houseguests to use their knowledge of days and events to answer questions using a hamster wheel of some sort.
They all agreed that they knew the answers to the questions. It was just a matter of them working through the physical aspect to set things in place.
Anyways, when it was all said and done, it was Cody, once again, who emerged as the winner of this POV competition. So, that really sucks for any of you who wanted to possibly see something different play out at the end of this season.
Nope, instead, we’re going to get a very predictable outcome here. We’re pretty sure Cody is going to end up in the final 2 since both Enzo and Nicole would most likely take him if they won the final HOH of this season.
And let’s not forget that Cody has a very good chance of just winning the final HOH himself. He did it during his original season 16, and we definitely don’t see why he couldn’t do it this time.
With all that said, we’re quite sure that Cody is going to win this season. Cody is not going to use the veto. Technically , he can’t since there’s no one else that Enzo could put up if he did.
So, what we’re going to see at tomorrow’s POV ceremony is Cody not using his veto to save Nicole or Christmas. They will remain on the block until this Thursday night, October 22, 2020, where Cody will most likely vote out Christmas and send her to the jury house. Cody is the only vote this week.
Unless Christmas can find some magical way to change Cody’s mind to keeping her, we will definitely see Christmas go home this week, and that’s probably the only reason we’ll be back with a new report of the POV ceremony tomorrow.
We’ll use that to update you guys on whether or not Christmas has made any progress on trying to flip Cody into keeping her over Nicole. And that’s if Christmas even tries. She was looking pretty defeated before the veto competition, and we’re quite sure she’ll look even more defeated after the veto competition.
At around 3:45 pm pacific time, October 17, 2020, Cody told Nicole, “I’m evicting Christmas ,and no one should bother suggesting otherwise.” Nicole said, “Christmas already seems to know she’ll go over me.” At around 4:35 pm, Enzo told Cody, “I’m not taking Nicole to the final 2.”
Those conversations definitely confirm what we were already thinking. It appears that everyone has their minds made up about what they’re going to do moving forward from here.
However, we still need to give our Big Brother disclaimer that anything can happen. Expect the unexpected though that has not totally been the case this season. We’ve pretty much been able to expect everything that has happened this season.
Oh, well. How do you guys feel about Cody winning the POV comp this week? Are you happy about it? Are you sad? Or do you just not care one way or the other? Let us know in the comments section.
