The Bachelorette November 17, 2020 Eliminated Jay, Montel & Peter (Recap)

Hey, Bachelor Nation fans. Tonight, November 17, 2020, another new episode of The Bachelorette 2020 edition with headliner Tayshia Adams did indeed air, and a new batch of guys did get sent packing during it.

Tonight’s episode kicked off with Tayshia telling the private cams how great she thought Brendan is. She said, “Brendan set the bar high for a lot of the guys.”

Next, Tayshia showed up to take eight of the guys out on a group date. They turned out to be: Montel, Ivan, Demar, Bennett, Ed, Joe, Chasen, and Ben.

Bachelor Nation newlyweds Ashley I and Jared showed up to give the men some test to find out who’s really a “Grown A#@ Man” or a man child.

Bennett did horrible in the math and spelling challenge, and the guys really harped on that since Bennett claims he went to Harvard. The guys were also given a tug of war and cooking challenge.

Bennett did awful in the tug of war comp too, but he hit a home run when it came to the cooking challenge. So much so that it ended up winning him the award for “Grown A#@ Man. ” Meanwhile, Ed won the award for man child. So, he had to carry a fake, crying baby around all the time.

At the afterparty, Bennett wore the robe he wore during the cooking challenge. So, he was chastised by the other guys for it. Bennett told Tayshia,”I wanted to pick up where we left off during the challenge.” Tayshia said, “Funny.”

Tayshia talked 1 on 1 with Chasen. It seemed to go well. She talked with Ben. They talked about why Ben is still single. He said, “I ended a relationship two years ago, and it really hurt. I haven’t tried to date anyone since.” Shortly after that, they kissed. Tayshia told the private cams of Ben, “I like him.”

Tayshia and Ivan talked. He blindfolded her and fed her strawberries. She liked it,and they kissed. They also talked about how they like giving to charities and things like that.

Ed and Chasen got into a major argument at one point. Ed told the private cams of Chasen, “He’s just a fake actor, and I hope I can get rid of him.”

Shortly after that, Chasen was seen telling Tayshia all about how displeased he is with Chasen’s attitude when he’s not around Tayshia. Tayshia definitely didn’t like what she heard about Chasen possibly being in it for more Instagram followers.

Ed went back and told Chasen that he just got done telling Tayshia all these horrible things about him. So, you can imagine that didn’t go over well.

Tayshia came back and questioned Chasen about him trying to use this show for his career. Chasen told Tayshia, “I definitely want to get to know you. I like you, and I vibe with you. I hope you feel the same way.” After that, they hugged.

Chasen came back and told Ed to stop saying bad things to Tayshia about him. So, another argument did ensue ,and they got pretty loud. However, they hurried up and toned it down when Tayshia came back. She ended up giving the group date rose to Ivan. She said she enjoyed his romantic strawberries gesture.

At the cocktail party, Ed told Chasen, “I think you’re a fake and a fraud.” Tayashia came and told the guys, “I’m looking for something genuine. If you’re not here for the same thing, you’re messing with the wrong girl.” So, that was very serious.

At one point, the guys were seen making fun of Chasen for referring to Clare and Tayshia as a “smoke show.” He considered it a complement as it means the same thing as telling someone they’re hot or attractive.

Tayshia talked 1 on 1 with Ben at one point. They had a good time, and ended up kissing. They showed various clips of Tayshia talking 1 on 1 with a couple of the guys as they gave her their pitch.

She kissed Demar at one point. So, he definitely did something right. At around this point, they showed footage of Ed complaining to Tayshia again about Chasen because they got into another heated argument. Chasen got really angry to the point of almost getting physical with Ed!

Ed told Tayshia all about it, and she found it to be really frustrating. She told the private cams, “I don’t want anything to do with it.”

Tayshia pulled Chasen aside again to confront him about it. She told him,”It’s very concerning.” After that, Chasen talked to Ed and tried to apologize, but Ed kept egging things on until some of the other guys came out and told them to just bury it.

Zac C and Tayshia talked. They had a good time and kissed.

At the rose ceremony,Tayshia ended up giving a rose to: Zac C, Riley, Kenny, Ben,Demar, Bennett, Spencer, Jordan, Noah, Joe, Blake, Ed and Chasen.

That means poor Jay, Montel and Peter were left roseless and going home. Tayshia told the private cams, “I just did’t feel a romantic connection with them, and I didn’t want to lead them on.”

Next up, was another group date with: Eazy, Brendan, Joe, Jordan, Spencer , Ben ,Ed and Chasen. In this group date, the guys ended up wrestling each other. They were coached by former WWE star Amy Dumas aka Lita and undefeated UFC fighter Tatiana Suarez. The matches took place in front of the other guys that were not on the group date.

Wells Adams from Bachelor In Paradise fame joined host Chris Harrison to commentate the matches. At one point, it was announced that Chasen was picked to wrestle his arch nemesis Ed.

When that happened, Ed told Chris Harrison he couldn’t wrestle because he has shoulder problems, and he didn’t want to end up in the hospital not able to fight for Tayshia.

So, Noah hopped the fence and took Ed’s place. He ended and putting up a pretty good fight, but Chasen won. Tayshia let Noah know she really appreciated his bold move to jump the fence and fight Chasen by inviting him to the group date afterparty.

At the afterparty, the guys definitely complained about Noah getting invited to the group date afterparty when he wasn’t even picked to be on the group date originally.

At one point, Tayshia talked 1 on 1 with Noah. They had a good time talking about him being bold, and they kissed. She asked him to shave his mustache. He said he would do it for her.

Brendan and Tayshia were seen talking 1 on 1, and Tayshia stopped him in mid-sentence to kiss him. So, they had a good time.

Next, we were shown footage of Noah interrupting Jordan’s 1 on 1 time with Tayshia to talk about shaving his mustache. She ended up shaving it off. Then they laughed and kissed again.

Meanwhile, a very upset Jordan went back and told the rest of the guys how Noah interrupted his time with Tayshia. That caused them to start feeling even more disgruntled about Noah.

What made it even worse is that Tayshia ended up giving Noah the group date rose! Tonight’s episode ended on that note. The Noah drama will definitely continue in next week’s new episode.

The next, new episode of The Bachelorette 2020 edition with Tayshia Adams is scheduled to air next Tuesday night, November 24, 2020 at approximately 7 pm central standard time on ABC.
