In fact, they won’t be airing it for quite some time. Let’s just say that ,tonight, is just one of many Thursday nights that you will go without seeing the new episode 7.
Here’s the deal, ABC has informed us that the new episode 7 is currently scheduled to air on March 4, 2021 in its usual 8 pm central standard time slot. So, we’re looking at about 2 and half to three months out. Definitely, be sure to mark down that very important date and time because we’re quite sure you’ll forget it if you don’t. It’s a pretty long way out.
So, what is ABC going to air in place of the next, new episode 7 of Grey’s Anatomy season 17 tonight? Well, according to the TV Guide listings, ABC is going to air “The Greatest Showman (2017).”
ABC’s description for it reads like this, “P.T. Barnum indulges his limitless imagination to create the Barnum & Bailey circus in the 1800s. Featuring musical numbers, exotic performers and daring feats, the mesmerizing spectacle takes the world by storm to become the greatest show on Earth.”

Beyond that December 31, 2020 date, you guys will just have to play it by ear as to what ABC will be airing. Maybe they have another really good show in the pipeline. Who knows? We’ll have to wait and see.
If any of you guys find this alternate line of programming from ABC enticing at all, you might still want to give ABC a chance to win you over during this very long break.
If not, you will most certainly want to start making other plans as soon as you can.
At this point, we would normally tell you what’s in store for the next, new episode 7. Unfortunately, we can’t do that ,this time, because ABC has not released any promotional materials whatsoever for episode 7. Not even a title. The only thing we literally have for it is the premiere date.
