We were able to get a couple of official teaser descriptions for episode 8 from CBS’ episode 8 press release. So, that’s what we’ll be working with in this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
First thing’s first. We’ve got an official title from CBS for this new episode 8. It’s called, “Lifeline.” It sounds like episode 8 will feature some very interesting, intense, dramatic and action-filled scenes as a conflict journalist is hunted by a hit squad! Aunt Vi gets real suspicious of McCall and more.
We’ll go ahead and start off this spoiler session with the conflict journalist situation. At some point during this episode, we will see a conflict journalist that’s getting heavily pursued by a certain hit squad over in France.
This conflict journalist is the daughter of McCall’s deceased CIA mentor. In light of her crazy troubles, she will call up McCall, Mel and Harry to help her out, and they will work remotely with her to hopefully get her out of her sticky situation.
CBS’ official description for this troubled conflict journalist storyline reads like this, “An overseas call for help from the daughter of McCall’s deceased CIA mentor forces McCall, Mel and Harry to work remotely to aid the conflict journalist as she’s pursued by a hit squad in France.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that McCall will not be on great terms with Aunt Vi in this episode as she will have Aunt Vi feeling awfully suspicious for ditching another family night session.
CBS’ description for this Aunt Vi and McCall situation reads like this, “Aunt Vi becomes suspicious when McCall skips out on another family night for work.”
Episode 8 features a couple of guest stars. They are: Alexandra Socha as character (Carla Henson), Ken Allen Neely as character (Kevin Taylor), Faruk Amireh as character (Yossi Avraham), Andrus Nichols as character (Allison Findlay), Kacie Walfall as character (Nicki), Jordan Feltner as character (Merc #1) and Jordan Lage as character (David Henson).
