911 AKA 9-1-1 Season 5, November 22, 2021 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “9-1-1” fans. Unfortunately, it’s time for some bad news in this article. For some unknown reason, FOX will not be airing the next, new episode 9 of 9-1-1’s current season 5 tonight, November 22, 2021.
The good news is that we do have confirmation from FOX that this delay will just be for this week. They are planning to air the new episode 9 next Monday night, November 22, 2021 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to not forget that extremely important date and time.
We did find out what FOX is airing instead of the next, new episode 9 of 9-1-1’s current season 5 tonight. According to the TV guide listings, FOX is going to serve up a repeat episode of 9-1-1. This repeat episode will be the first episode of this season 5 titled, “Panic.”
FOX’s official description for it reads like this, “A series of ransomware threats leads to an overabundance of emergencies for the 118, including a medevac helicopter crash at a hospital and an air-traffic control tower system failure.
Meanwhile, Athena must revisit her traumatic attack when the case of the realtor serial rapist goes to trial, Eddie suffers a health scare and Maddie’s postpartum depression worsens in a special encore of the “Panic” Season Five premiere episode of 9-1-1.”
If any of you guys are up for watching this particular,repeat episode of 9-1-1, you might still want to flip the channel to FOX tonight. If you only want the brand new episode 9 of 9-1-1 season 5, you will most certainly want to make some other plans for tonight as quick as you can.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who like to read spoilers, we were able to find a couple for the next, new episode 9 of 9-1-1’s current season 5 via FOX’s official episode 9 press release. So, we’re going to run those by you right now.
To start, FOX lets us know that this next, new episode 9 of 9-1-1’s current season 5 is officially labeled/titled, “Past is Prologue.” It sounds like episode 9 will feature some more very dramatic, intense, action-filled, suspenseful, interesting and emotional scenes.
FOX’s official description for episode 9 tells us, “Bobby and the 118 race to the rescue when an abandoned oil well erupts and causes a massive sinkhole in downtown Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Athena investigates a 30-year-old cold case, Buck fears his relationship with Taylor might be ending, and Hen meets a man from her mother’s past in the all-new ” episode of 9-1-1.”
An alternate description reads like this, “THE MEMBERS OF THE 118 CONFRONT A MASSIVE SINKHOLE IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES.”
Episode 9 will feature a couple of guest stars. They are: Anirudh Pisharody as character Ravi; Megan West as character Taylor Kelly and Marsha Warfield as character Antonia “Toni” Wilson.
The season regulars that will be featured in episode 9 are: Angela Bassett as character Athena Grant; Peter Krause as character Bobby Nash; Jennifer Love Hewitt as character Maddie Kendall; Oliver Stark as character Evan “Buck” Buckley; Kenneth Choi as character Howie “Chimney” Han.
Aisha Hinds as character Henrietta “Hen” Wilson; Rockmond Dunbar as character Michael Grant; Ryan Guzman as character Eddie Diaz; Corinne Massiah as character May Grant; Marcanthonee Jon Reis as character Harry Grant and Gavin McHugh as character Christopher Diaz.
FOX’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of 9-1-1’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally hit the airwaves next Monday night, November 29,2021 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
