Station 19 Season 5, April 14, 2022 Episode 16 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Station 19” fans. Unfortunately, it’s that time again for us to give you some super bad news. It turns out that for some unknown reason, ABC is not going to air the next, new episode 16 of Station 19’s current season 5 tonight, April 14, 2022. They’re also not going to air it for a couple more Thursday nights.
Yep, that’s right, guys. Station 19 will be MIA (missing in action) from ABC’s primetime line up for 3 whole weeks. ABC confirmed that they have scheduled episode 16 to air on Thursday night, May 5, 2022 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to remember that very important date and time.
We did find out what is taking over Station 19’s time slot ,tonight, and next Thursday night. According to the TV guide listings, ABC has a 2-hour, Grey’s Anatomy repeat episode line up for you guys. It’s the 16th episode of its 4th season titled, “Freedom.” So, they’re going way, way back in time for that one.
ABC’s description for it reads like this, “Meredith and Derek get one last shot at success in their clinical trial. The surgeons work together to free a boy from a block of cement. Izzie helps Alex care for Rebecca. Lexie uncovers critical information about George’s status as an intern.”
Then, next Thursday night, April 21, 2022, ABC is going to air the 2019 movie titled, “Jumanji: The Next Level.” ABC’s official description for it reads like this, “When Spencer goes back into the fantastical world of Jumanji, pals Martha, Fridge and Bethany re-enter the game to bring him home. But everything about Jumanji is about to change as they soon discover more obstacles and more danger to overcome.”
After the April 21, 2022 date, you guys will have to check your local listings to see what ABC has in store on Thursday night, April 28, 2022.
If any of you guys are up for a very old Grey’s Anatomy rerun and a Jumanji movie, you might still want to flip on ABC ,tonight, and next Thursday night to catch those. If you only want new episodes of Station 19, you will most certainly want to skip ABC on Thursday nights until that May 5, 2022 date gets here.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, ABC did release some spoilery material for the next, new episode 16 of Station 19’s current season 5 in the form of a preview clip. They also gave us the official title for episode 16. It’s called, “Death and the Maiden.”
The episode 16 preview clip features some very intense scenes with Andy as she’s being accused of manslaughter. She’s really having a hard time dealing with it, especially since it’s become a public thing. She’s in the newspapers and media. It looks like things will get very intense and emotional. Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode 16 of Station 19’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally reach you guys on Thursday night, May 5, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time.
