Law & Order SVU Season 24 November 24, 2022 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” fans. Unfortunately, we have some super bad news that we have to run by you in this report. It turns out that you’re going to have to go a couple of weeks without new episodes from your favorite NBC drama Law & Order SVU. Yep, NBC is not airing the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order SVU season 24 tonight, November 24, 2022 and next Thursday night, December 1, 2022.
On a much brighter note, NBC has informed us that they do plan to air the new episode 9 on Thursday night, December 8, 2022 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to mark down that very important date and time on your TV show calendars.
So, here is what NBC will be airing in place of the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order SVU season 24 tonight and next Thursday night. According to the TV guide listings, NBC is going to deliver some LIVE, NFL football coverage tonight, November 24, 2022. It will feature the New England Patriots versus the Minnesota Vikings.
NBC’s official description for their coverage of the football game reads like this, “New England visits Minnesota for a Thanksgiving night affair. Marcus Jones’ punt-return TD with five seconds remaining gave the Patriots a 10-3 triumph over the Jets in Week 11, and their fifth win in six games. Minnesota was blasted 40-3 by Dallas.”
Then, next Thursday night, December 1, 2022, NBC is going to air a Dolly Parton, Christmas special titled, “Dolly Parton’s Mountain Magic Christmas (2022).” NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “Inspired by the hopeful spirit of the Great Smoky Mountains, Dolly Parton returns to Dollywood to star in a new holiday musical with special guests Jimmy Fallon, Willie Nelson, Billy Ray Cyrus, Jimmie Allen, Zach Williams, Miley Cyrus and many more.”
If any of you guys are interested in checking out what NBC has planned for tonight and next Thursday night, you might still want to keep NBC on your viewing schedule. However,if you only want to see brand new episodes of Law & Order SVU, you’ll definitely want to get something else lined up during this two-week delay period.

It revealed that this new episode 9 is officially titled, “AND A TRAUMA IN A PEAR TREE.” NBC’s official description for episode 9 reads like this, “Carisi and Rollins work together on an important arraignment. Benson tries to make Noah’s Christmas wish come true when a case falls in her lap.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 24 is scheduled to finally show up on Thursday night, December 8, 2022 at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
