FBI Season 5 December 20, 2022 Episode 10 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “FBI” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back on here with some not-so-great news for you guys. It turns out that your favorite CBS drama FBI has gotten delayed again. This time, it’s a 2-week delay. So, CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 10 of FBI’s current season 5 tonight, December 20, 2022 or next Tuesday night, December 27, 2022.
CBS’ official episode 10 press release has informed us that you guys can expect to see the new episode 10 finally hit the air on Tuesday night, January 3, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to not forget that very important date and time.
So, what is CBS replacing FBI with during this two-week delay? We did hunt down the answers for that question and here’s what we found out. According to the TV guide listings, CBS will be dishing up a new Christmas special tonight. It’s called, “Mariah Carey: Merry Christmas to All!”
CBS’ official description for this Mariah Carey Christmas special reads like this,”The singer-songwriter performs a repertoire of her festive holiday hits, including the chart-topping perennial favorite “All I Want for Christmas Is You.”
Next Tuesday night, December 27, 2022, CBS is going to deliver a repeat episode of FBI. It will be the 13th episode of last season 4 titled, “Pride & Prejudice.” CBS’ official description for it reads like this, “When a Muslim college student and his younger brother are murdered, the team connects with the outraged imam of OA’s former mosque, who insists the victims were wrongly targeted as terrorists.”
If any of you guys are down for watching this Christmas special and an FBI rerun, you might still want to make CBS a part of your Tuesday night,TV-watching schedule during this delay period. If you only want to see new episodes of FBI and nothing else, you will definitely want to skip CBS on Tuesday nights until January 3, 2023.

It let us know that this new episode 10 is officially titled, “Second Life.” CBS’ official description for episode 10 reads like this, “The abduction of a young woman leads the team back to a cold case from 18 years ago, which pushes Isobel to reconnect with her old partner Jake (Tate Donovan) and take another shot at solving one of her first cases at the Bureau on the CBS Original series FBI.”
An alternate description reads like this, “ISOBEL TAKES ANOTHER SHOT AT SOLVING ONE OF HER FIRST CASES WHEN THE TEAM IS LED TO A COLD CASE FROM 18 YEARS AGO.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 10 of FBI’s current season 5 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air on Tuesday night, January 3, 2023 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
