Young Sheldon Season 6, December 29, 2022 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Young Sheldon” fans. Unfortunately, we have to tell you something you’re not going to like in this report. It turns out that your favorite CBS show “Young Sheldon” is currently in the midst of a 2-week delay. That means CBS is not going to air the next, new episode 9 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6 tonight, December 29, 2022.
The good news is that tonight is the tail end of this 2-week delay. So, you guys can expect to see the new episode 9 finally hit the air next Thursday night, January 5, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to memorize that very important date and time.
So, what does CBS have in store for tonight’s vacant, Young Sheldon, 7 pm central time slot. We did track down that info for you guys via the TV guide listings. They’re telling us that CBS will serve up a Young Sheldon rerun episode tonight. It will be the 2nd episode of last season 5 titled, “Snoopin’ Around and the Wonder Twins of Atheism.”
CBS’ official description for this Young Sheldon, repeat episode reads like this,”Sheldon encourages Missy to question the Bible. Meemaw is determined to catch George Sr. in a lie. Mary helps Pastor Jeff search for a youth pastor.”
If any of you guys find this particular repeat episode of Young Sheldon to be appealing at all, you might still want to hit up CBS tonight as you normally would during that time. On the other hand, if you will only accept brand new episodes of Young Sheldon, you will definitely want to make some other plans ,tonight, as soon as you can.
Spoiler Warning: We did track down some new, official spoiler teasers for those of you who are interested. These are for the next,new episode 9 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6. CBS served them up via their official, episode 9 press release.
It let us know that this new episode 9 is officially named/titled, “College Dropouts and the Medford Miracle.” CBS’ official description for episode 9 reads like this, “Sheldon considers dropping out of college to focus on building his database. Also, George Sr. is frustrated when someone else gets credit for his football wins on YOUNG SHELDON.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally make it’s arrival on Thursday night, January 5, 2022 at approximately 7 pm central standard time. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
