Law & Order SVU Season 24 March 2, 2023 Episode 16 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Law& Order: Special Victims Unit” fans. Unfortunately, we have some terrible news for you in this article. Your favorite show Law & Order: SVU has hit another huge delay slump. This one is going to last for 3 whole weeks. So, NBC is not airing the next, new episode 16 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 24 tonight, March 2, 2023. That’s right, guys. It’s just not going to happen for a while.
We did get official word from NBC through their official episode 16 preview clip that they do plan to finally air the new episode 16 on Thursday night, March 23, 2023 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be on the lookout for that episode when that date finally rolls around.
We did find out what NBC is airing in Law & Order: SVU’s empty time slot during this 3-week delay period. According to the TV guide listings, they will be pitching out a couple of repeat episodes of Law & Order; SVU. Tonight, they’re going to re-air the 3rd episode of this season 24 titled, “MIRROR EFFECT.”
NBC’s official description for this repeat episode 3 of Law & Order SVU season 24 reads like this, “Benson tries to help a pop star in a volatile relationship. Rollins struggles with taking the stress of work home with her. Fin teaches a rookie a lesson in respecting fellow officers.”
Next Thursday night, NBC is going to re-air the 4th episode of this season 24 titled,”THE STEPS WE CANNOT TAKE.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “A home invasion and kidnapping leads the SVU to a shocking discovery. Muncy tries to fit in with the squad.”
On Thursday night, March 16, 2023, NBC is going to re-air the 5th episode of this season 24 titled,”BREAKWATER.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “A young man asks the SVU for help when he suspects his boss is preying on his sister. Velasco tries to convince a reluctant witness to testify in court.”
If any of you guys find those rerun episodes to be enticing at all, you might still want to hit up NBC during this long delay period. If you only want to see brand new episodes of Law & Order: SVU, you will certainly want to get something else planned out for this long delay period.
Spoiler Warning: We did find out what the next, new episode 16 of Law & Order: SVU’s current season 24 is titled, and we also got a preview clip for it from NBC.
