New Young Sheldon Season 6 April 20, 2023 Episode 18 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Young Sheldon” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back because we, once again, have to inform you that you won’t be getting a new episode of your favorite show Young Sheldon tonight, April 20, 2023. Yep, that’s right, guys. For some unknown reason, CBS is making you wait a little bit longer to see the next, new episode 18 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6.
On a much brighter note, we can officially tell you that this delay is just for one week. CBS’ official episode 18 press release is telling us that CBS does intend to finally air the new episode 18 next Thursday night, April 27, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to look out for the new episode 18 to show up next Thursday night.
In the meantime, we have taken a look at what CBS will slip into Young Sheldon’s empty time slot tonight. According to the TV guide listings, CBS is going to just throw a rerun episode of Young Sheldon into that time slot tonight. It will be the 7th episode of this season 6 titled, “A Tougher Nut and a Note on File.”
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode 7 of Young Sheldon season 6 reads like this,”Sheldon’s search for a comic book leads him to a breakthrough. Georgie and Mandy have an uncomfortable first encounter with her parents.”
If any of you guys are down for watching that particular repeat episode of Young Sheldon, you might still want to hit up CBS tonight as you normally would during that time. If you’re totally uninterested in watching any repeat episodes of Young Sheldon, you will definitely want to get something else lined up for tonight as fast as you can.
Spoiler warning: We did track down a new teaser description for the next, new episode 18 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6 via CBS’ official episode 18 press release synopsis. It revealed that this new episode 18 is officially named/titled, “Little Green Men and a Fella’s Marriage Proposal.”
CBS’ official description for this new episode 18 reads like this, “Sheldon wants to search for life on other planets and Mandy answers Georgie’s marriage proposal. Also, Missy is caught between two friends, on YOUNG SHELDON.”
Again, CBS confirmed that the next, new episode 18 of Young Sheldon’s current season 6 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air next Thursday night, April 27, 2023 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. It will also be available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
