Hey, “The Gilded Age” fans. We hope you guys enjoyed tonight’s episode 2. Now that episode 2 has officially run its course, we’re on here to let you know what you can expect to see take place in the next, new episode 3 of The Gilded Age’s current season 2, which is scheduled to make its arrival next Sunday night, November 12, 2023.
We were able to round up a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 3 straight from HBO by way of their official episode 3 synopsis. So, we’re going to dig into it right now. Let’s go.
For starters, there’s an official title for this new episode 3 of The Gilded Age season 2. It’s called, “Head to Head.” It sounds like episode 3 will feature some very intense, dramatic, interesting and possible emotional scenes as an opera war heats up. Mrs. Astor’s efforts get backed. Peggy makes an offer. A special luncheon gets organized. An attempt to sway Henderson goes down. A certain offer gets considered and more.
We’ll go ahead and kick off this spoiler session with the opera war situation. Yep, it turns out that a war will be brewing at the opera at some point, and a surprising guest will show up at Bertha’s Met fundraiser.
HBO’s official description for this opera war plotline tells us, “As the opera war heats up, an unlikely guest attends Bertha’s Met fundraiser.”
The second spoiler scoop reveals that Agnes will be on the scene at some point, and she will assist Mrs. Astor’s efforts to try and make sure the Academy stays dominant.

The 3rd spoiler teaser lets us know that Peggy will be in action at some point. When we see her, she will make an offer to travel with Mr. Fortune to cover a story over in Alabama.

The 4th teaser scoop reveals that a special luncheon for Mr. Forte will be in the works in this episode, and we’re going to see Ada do all the work to organize it.

The 5th spoiler teaser reveals that George will have a conversation with Henderson at some point in this episode. During their talk, we will see George try to sway Henderson.

The 6th and last teaser spoiler for this new episode 3 lets us know that we’ll see Watson in action at some point. During his latest scene, he will be seen considering a certain offer.

HBO’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 3 of The Gilded Age’s current season 2 is indeed scheduled to hit your TV screens next Sunday night, November 12, 2023, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
