New General Hospital November 24, 2023 Episode Delayed, Preempted. Not Airing
Hey, “General Hospital” fans. We hope you guys are totally enjoying your Thanksgiving holidays. Unfortunately, we’re on here to tell you that ABC is not airing a new episode of General Hospital today, November 24, 2023. That’s right, guys. ABC has some other priorities for today, which we will explain later on in this article.
For now, we want to let you know that you will not miss today’s episode. ABC is just going to air it on Monday afternoon, November 27, 2023 in its usual, 1 pm central standard time slot. So, definitely be sure to not forget that very important date and time.
Ok, so here’s why ABC isn’t airing a new episode of General Hospital today. According to the TV guide listings, ABC is busy providing LIVE coverage of a college football game that features the Miami Hurricanes vs. the Boston College Eagles.
ABC’s official description for their LIVE coverage of this college football game reads like this, “College Football Miami at Boston College LIVE. Bowl-eligible ACC teams in the Hurricanes and Eagles conclude their regular seasons. Miami leads the series 24-6, but Boston College has won three of the last four meetings. Eagles quarterback Thomas Castellanos has accounted for 24 TDs this year.”
If any of you guys happen to be college football fans, you might still want to flip on ABC to check out this game today. If you have absolutely have no interest in watching this college football game, you will certainly want to avoid ABC like a plague during that 1 pm central standard time slot today and make some alternate plans if you haven’t already.

It reads like this, “Thanksgiving continues in Port Charles; Sonny senses something off between Anna and Nina; Marshall worries about Curtis; Gloria shares with Lois that she is in trouble; Stella and Portia make a realization.”
Again, ABC confirmed that the next, new episode of General Hospital is currently scheduled to air this Monday afternoon, November 27, 2023 in its usual, 1 pm central standard time slot.
