The Voice December 12, 2023 Eliminated BIAS, Jordan, Nini & Mac, Top 5 Revealed (Recap)
Hey, “The Voice” fans. Tonight, December 12, 2023, another new episode of The Voice’s current season 24 did indeed hit the air. This one was the LIVE results episode for the LIVE semi-finals performances that took place in last night’s episode, and we found out who the top 5 contestants are that will appear in next week’s finals.
Tonight’s new results episode kicked off with coach/judge Niall Horan hitting the stage to sing a new song from his latest album titled, “The Show.” Coach/judge John Legend helped Niall out by playing the piano and delivering some vocals. Right after that, host Carson Daly got right down to business and revealed that Lila Forde from Team John Legend was safe and through to the finals.
Shortly after that, Carson revealed that Huntley from Team Niall made it through to the finals. Then, he revealed that Ruby Leigh from team Reba McEntire made it through to the finals. After that, John Legend hit the stage to sing a song titled, “What Christmas Means to Me” from his holiday album titled, “Legendary Christmas.”
Next, Carson revealed that Mara Justine from team Niall made it through to the finals. She was the 4th and final one for the voting that took place last night. That means: Jacquie Roar, Nini Iris, Mac Royals, BIAS and Jordan Rainer were the bottom five vote-getters and had to perform to try and get an “Instant Save” from America’s live voting tonight.
Nini Iris was up first and sang, “Mad World” by Tears for Fears. Afterwards, Niall said, “You’re a real deal artist.” Next, BIAS sang,”Go Rest High on That Mountain” by Vince Gill. Afterwards, coach/judge Gwen said, “That performance was real honest and pure. You have definitely spoken to people out in America.”
Jacquie Roar sang, “Alone” by Heart. Afterwards, coach/judge Reba says, “You were sanging tonight. If America doesn’t vote you through, I don’t know what to think.”
Jordan Rainer sang,”I Don’t Dance.” Afterwards, Reba said, “You’re a powerhouse gladiator and a force of nature.” Mac Royals sang, “I Want to Know.” Afterwards, coach/judge John said, “Your R&B is exquisite. You’re special and belong in The Voice finale.”
After all of that, America cast their votes for the Instant Save. Then, Carson revealed that Jacquie Roar received the most votes. So, she won the Instant Save and became the 5th and last contestant to make it through to the finals. That means poor: BIAS from Team Gwen, Jordan Rainer from Team Reba, Nini Iris from Team Niall, and Mac Royals from Team Legend got eliminated.
Your final five contestants that will show up in next week’s finals of The Voice season 24 are: Lila Forde from Team Legend, Huntley from Team Niall, Ruby Leigh from Team Reba, Mara Justine from Team Niall and Jacquie Roar from Team Reba.
