New True Detective Season Season 4 January 21, 2024 Episode 2 Revealed
Hey, “True Detective” fans. We hope you guys totally enjoyed tonight’s premiere episode 1. Now that episode 1 has finally made its debut, we’re back in action to give you guys some spoilery insight into what will be taking place in the next, new episode 2 of True Detective’s current season 4, which is due to arrive next Sunday night, January 21, 2024.
We were able to track down an official teaser description for one of episode 2’s main storylines via HBO’s official episode 2 press release synopsis. So, that’s what we’ll be working with as a source for this spoiler session. Let’s get into it.
For starters, there is an official title for this new episode 2 of True Detective season 4. The writers decided to go with the name, “Part 2.” It sounds like episode 2 will feature some very interesting, dramatic, intense and possible action-filled scenes.
In this new episode 2, more investigation work about the Tsalal station men will be the main focus for this storyline that HBO chose to reveal. Yep, it turns out that Danvers and Priors will be in action again to try and track down additional intel about the Tsalal case, and they will end up discovering a surprising location for the physical evidence. In response to this discovery, Captain Connelly will threaten to move the case to Anchorage.
Later on, Danvers and Navarro will work the Tsalal case separately and stumble upon a connection between one of the Tsalal men and Annie. In light of this development, Navarro and Danvers will agree to team back up again for this case.
HBO’s official description for this new episode 4 of True Detective’s current season 4 reads like this, “As Danvers and Prior set out to learn more about Tsalal and find an unlikely location for the physical evidence, Captain Connelly threatens to move the case to Anchorage.
Later, Navarro and Danvers separately find a connection between one of the Tsalal men and Annie, prompting the former partners to agree to work the case together.”
HBO’s press release confirmed that the next, new episode 2 of True Detective’s current season 4 is indeed scheduled to make its debut next Sunday night, January 21, 2024, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time.
