New Chicago Fire Season 12 February 14, 2024 Episode 5 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Chicago Fire” fans. Unfortunately, we’re back on here with some bad news for you guys because the NBC people are not airing a new episode of Chicago Fire tonight, February 14, 2024. That’s right, guys. NBC is going to make you wait an extra week to see the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Fire’s current season 12.
Yeah, according to NBC’s official episode 5 press release, NBC is not airing the new episode 5 until next Wednesday night, February 21, 2024 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot. So, be sure to remember that very important date and time if you can.
In the meantime, we did take a look at what NBC is airing instead of a new Chicago Fire episode tonight. According to the TV guide listings, NBC is going to serve up a repeat episode of Chicago Fire. This one is episode 1 of this season 12 titled, “Barely Gone.”
NBC’s official description for this repeat episode 1 of Chicago Fire season 12 reads like this, “Firehouse 51 is forced to share space with Firehouse 17. Kidd and Herrmann fight over Ritter. An arson case tests Kidd and Severide’s relationship. Firehouse 51 says goodbye to one of its own.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed this particular repeat episode of Chicago Fire when it originally aired, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check it out. If you did see this repeat episode and have no desire to watch it again, you will certainly want to skip NBC tonight at that time and check back next week.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we did track down an official teaser description for the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Fire’s current season 12 via their official episode 5 press release. It let us know that episode 5 is officially titled,”On the Hook.”
NBC’s description for episode 5 reads like this,”After their defibrillator malfunctions on a call, Brett and Violet search for answers. Herrmann tries to find the perfect home for his new recliner. A secret from Gibson’s past comes to light.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Fire’s current season 12 is scheduled to finally make its way to the air next Wednesday night, February 21, 2024 in its usual, 8 pm central standard time slot.
