New Chicago Med Season 9 February 14, 2024 Episode 5 Delayed. Not Airing Tonight
Hey, “Chicago Med” fans. We’re unfortunately back with some bad news for you guys because the NBC people, for some unknown reason, are not airing the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Med’s current season 9 tonight, February 14, 2024. That’s right, guys. NBC is going to make you wait an additional week to see it.
According to NBC’s official episode 5 press release, NBC doesn’t plan on airing the new episode 5 until next Wednesday night, February 21, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly be sure to mark that very important date and time down on your TV show schedules.
As for tonight, we did track down what NBC is going to air instead of a new Chicago Med episode tonight. According to the TV guide listings, NBC is going to air a repeat episode of Chicago Med. It will be the very first episode 1 of this season 9 titled, “Row Row Row Your Boat on a Rocky Sea.”
NBC’s official description for the repeat episode 1 of season 9 reads like this, “When the E.D. is flooded with patients from a crash, the entire team is pulled in to help; Charles can’t shake the feeling that he knows the new E.D. attending; Archer has second thoughts on the eve of his kidney transplant.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed that particular repeat episode of Chicago Med, you might still want to flip on NBC tonight to check it out. If you did already see this repeat episode and only want to see new episodes of Chicago Med, you will certainly want to skip NBC tonight and check back next Wednesday night.
Spoiler Warning: For those of you who are interested, we did track down an official teaser description for the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Med via NBC’s official episode 5 press release. It let us know that episode 5 is officially labeled/titled, “I Make a Promise, I Will Never Leave You.”
NBC’s description for episode 5 reads like this, “Goodwin recruits Charles to evaluate her ex-husband’s memory. Archer treats one of Sean’s peers from the rehab center. Asher treats a woman from a rural clinic whose miscarriage was improperly treated.”
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 5 of Chicago Med’s current season 9 is scheduled to finally show up on your TV screens next Wednesday night, February 21, 2024 in its usual 7 pm central standard time slot.
