New Law & Order Season 23 March 28 & April 4, 2024 Episode 9 Delayed. Not Airing For A While
Hey, “Law & Order” fans. Unfortunately, we have some really bad news to break to you tonight. The NBC folks, for some unknown reason, have decided not to air the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order’s current season 23 tonight, March 28, 2024 and next Thursday night, April 4, 2024.
That’s right, guys. According to NBC’s official episode 9 press release, NBC doesn’t plan to air the new episode 9 until Thursday night, April 11, 2024 in it’s usual, 7 pm central standard time slot. So, certainly try to remember that very important date and time if you can.
In the meantime, we did find out what NBC is filling the empty time slot with tonight and next Thursday night. According to the TV guide listings, NBC has a pair of repeat episodes of Law & Order in the pipeline. Tonight, they’re re-airing the 2nd episode of this season 23 titled, “Human Innovation.”
NBC’s official description for this repeat episode 2 of Law & Order season 23 reads like this, “When a prominent tech CEO is killed, Shaw and Riley untangle multiple leads to reveal a plot for retribution. Price and Maroun debate whether an overdue piece of evidence should be submitted to the jury.”
Next Thursday night, April 4, 2024, NBC is going to re-air the 3rd episode of this season 23 titled, “Turn the Page.” NBC’s official description for it reads like this, “When a young woman is strangled, Yee connects the M.O. to a potential serial offender, leading Riley to revisit a case that went cold on his watch. Price makes a risky move to bait one of their own on the stand.”
If any of you guys happened to have missed those particular repeat episodes when they originally aired, you might still want to hang with NBC tonight and next Thursday night. If you only want to see new episodes of Law & Order, you will certainly want to get some other plans lined up until that April 11, 2024 date arrives.
Again, NBC confirmed that the next, new episode 9 of Law & Order’s current season 23 is scheduled to finally show up on Thursday night, April 11, 2024 in its usual, 7 pm central standard time slot.
