New Dateline NBC April 19, 2024 Two Hour Episode Preview Revealed
Hey, “Dateline NBC” fans. We’re back to serve up another preview session for your favorite news show Dateline NBC. The NBC people have another new edition to serve up tonight, April 19, 2024. This one will be the 36th episode of this current season 32.
NBC put out an official press release for tonight’s new episode 36. So, we will certainly take a look at it for this preview session. Let’s get to it.
For starters, there is an official title for tonight’s new episode 36. It’s called, “Evil Walked Through The Door.” In tonight’s new episode 36, the Dateline NBC team will take a deep look at a story about two women who were sadly murdered over in Toronto, Canada. These murders took place separately. The investigation for them lasted for four whole decades.
The detectives who worked this case were led from a big city all the way to a remote, northern town. Some diligent old-fashioned detective work along with modern breakthroughs in genetic genealogy finally allowed this case to get cracked. American journalist Josh Mankiewicz handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. It features interviews with: Det. Stephen Smith, Det. Andrew Doyle, Det. James Atkinson, Sean McCowan, Ben Tice, Vanessa Vansittart and Kristin Basso.
NBC’s official description for tonight’s new, April 19, 2024 episode 36 of Dateline NBC season 32 reads like this, “The separate murders of two women in Toronto ignite an investigation that spans four decades, taking detectives from the big city to a remote, northern town. The case is finally cracked when diligent old-fashioned detective work is combined with modern breakthroughs in genetic genealogy.”
An alternate description tells us, “ALL-NEW FRIDAY DATELINE NBC ON A CANADIAN DOUBLE MURDER. The Two-Hour Broadcast Explores the Unrelenting Investigative Work and Genetic Genealogy That Led to A Breakthrough.”

NBC’s press release confirmed that Dateline NBC will be brand new again tonight, April 19, 2024, and it’s scheduled to hit the air, starting at approximately 8 pm central standard time. It will be a 2-hour event. So, expect it to wrap up at 10 pm central standard time.
