Hey, “Saturday Night LIVE” fans. We’re back in your faces to give you another new preview session for NBC’s Saturday Night LIVE. In this one, we’re going to go over who is showing up in the next, new episode 20 of this season 49, which is due to arrive tonight, May 18, 2024.
NBC gave us another new press release for this new episode 20. So, that’s what we’ll be taking a look at for this preview session. Let’s get into it.
In tonight’s new episode 20, you guys are going to see 43 year old American actor Jake Gyllenhaal show up to handle the hosting duties. This will be his 3rd time hosting the show. Also noted is that he’s currently starring in an Amazon film titled, “Road House.” He’s also the star and executive producer of an Apple TV+ production titled, “Presumed Innocent.”
NBC’s official description for Jake Gyllenhaal’s hosting appearance in tonight’s new episode reads like this, “Jake Gyllenhaal will host the May 18 season finale, returning as host for the third time. The Academy Award-nominated actor stars in the Amazon film “Road House” and makes his series debut as star and executive producer of “Presumed Innocent,” premiering June 12 on Apple TV+.”
25 year old American singer and actress Sabrina Carpenter is going to show up to give you guys some musical performances at some point. This will be her first appearance as a musical guest on the show. Also noted. Sabrina recently earned her first Billboard top 10 hit with her latest song titled, “Espresso.”
NBC’s official description for Sabrina Carpenter’s musical appearance on tonight’s new episode reads like this, “Sabrina Carpenter will make her musical guest debut. She recently earned her first Billboard top 10 hit with her newest single, “Espresso.”
NBC’s press release confirmed that Saturday Night LIVE will be brand new again tonight, May 18, 2024,and it’s scheduled to show up in its usual 10:29 pm central standard time slot. It will be a 90-minute event. So, expect it to wrap up at 12 am central standard time.
