After the first episode 1 debut, Max served up a new preview clip for the series, which is titled, “The weeks ahead for season 2.” This new clip is 2 minutes long and filled with lots of spoilery scenes to look forward to.

In the clip, Aegon is spotted in action, and he’s very understandably upset because he’s found out that his six year old son Jaehaerys has been murdered at the hands of Blood and Cheese. He’s seen definitely declares an all out war to avenge his son’s death.

Another scene features Aegon in action with Rhaenyra. They’re seen expressing their reactions to the details of Daemon’s plot for revenge. Rhaenyra definitely doesn’t like what Daemon has done. The importance of military strategy is seen being discussed. Aemond is seen saying, “Armies are just as important as Dragons themselves.” Criston Cole who is one of the key military strategists is seen saying, “controlling Harrenhal is the key to the upcoming war.”

Mysaria is seen saying to Otto Hightower, “There is more than one way to fight a war.” Aegon is seen saying, “I will not be seen as weak.” Otto replies with, “You’re already seen as weak, Aegon.” Aegon says, “Beware of how you speak to your king.”

Lord Broome is seen saying, “We must seize the hour and act before our enemy does.” Daemon is seen shouting, “There will be no mercy!” The clip caps off with Criston Cole saying, “We have given the war to the dragons” at some point.
