48 Hours July 13, 2024 Episode Not New. It’s A Repeat. Preview Revealed
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We’re back in your faces to let you know that the CBS folks are dishing up another repeat episode of 48 Hours tonight, July 13, 2024. We know some of you guys might not have seen this particular repeat. So, we do have some preview intel for it.
CBS dished up a new, revised press release for tonight’s repeat episode. So, we will run it by you right now. The official title for this repeat episode is called, “Unmasking the Zombie Hunter.” It originally aired back on October 21, 2023.
In tonight’s repeat episode, the 48 Hours team took a deep look at a story about two young women who were murdered over in Phoenix, Arizona way, way back in 1992 and 1993. Their deaths were 10 months apart from each other, but the same DNA was found on both of them.
However, this case went cold for two whole decades until new technology emerged to help the investigators crack it. American correspondent Peter Van Sant handled the reporting duties for this episode and case.
CBS’ official description for this repeat episode of 48 Hours reads like this, “The murders of two young Phoenix, Ariz., women killed 10 months apart in 1992 and 1993 went unsolved for more than two decades. Investigators found the same DNA on both victims but had no match. Then, thanks to new technology, police had a person of interest, and tracked him in an unusual way. Correspondent Peter Van Sant reports in an encore of 48 HOURS: “Unmasking the Zombie Hunter.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that 48 Hours is showing up with another repeat episode again tonight, July 13, 2024, and it will start at approximately 9 pm central standard time. It will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
