New 48 Hours September 21 Brand New Episodes To Air Tonight. Previews Revealed
Hey, “48 Hours” fans. We have got some super excellent news for you in this article because the CBS people are all set to give you not just one, but two brand new episodes of 48 Hours tonight, September 21, 2024. The first episode is going to hit up the 8 pm central standard time slot, and it will be the last episode 33 of season 36.
The second episode will be the brand new premiere episode 1 of the new season 37. It will land in the 9 pm central standard time slot, and we’ve got some new preview information for the both of these new episodes. We were able to get a hold of new, official press releases for both of these new episodes from CBS. So, we’re going to dive into those right now. Let’s get to it.
The first episode 33 of season 36 is officially titled, “The Life and Death of Blaze Bernstein.” In this new episode 33, the 48 Hours team will take a deep look at a story about an Ivy League student named Blaze Bernstein. He was tragically murdered, and there are reports that claim it was because he was gay and Jewish. The episode will also take a look at the trial of former high school classmate Sam Woodward.
Correspondent Tracy Smith handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. CBS’ official description for this new episode 33 of 48 Hours season 36 reads like this, “Correspondent Tracy Smith and 48 HOURS report on the murder of Blaze Bernstein, an Ivy League student allegedly murdered because he was gay and Jewish, and the trial of former high school classmate Sam Woodward in “The Life and Death of Blaze Bernstein.”
The new, premiere episode 1 of 48 Hours new season 37 is officially titled, “The Unending Search for Sara Anne Wood.” In the premiere episode 1, the 48 Hours team is going to take a deep look at a story about a convicted serial killer who murdered a 12 year old girl named Sara Anne Wood 30 years ago. Investigators who worked this case try to get the killer to tell them where he hid her body.
Correspondent Erin Moriarty handled the reporting duties for this episode and case. CBS’ official description for this new, premiere episode 1 of 48 Hours season 37 reads like this, “Correspondent Erin Moriarty and 48 HOURS take viewers inside law enforcement’s 30-year game of cat and mouse with a convicted child serial killer to get him to reveal where he left the body of a girl he murdered in “The Unending Search for Sara Anne Wood.”
An alternate description tells us, “48 HOURS” GOES INSIDE LAW ENFORCEMENT’S 30-YEAR CAT-AND-MOUSE GAME WITH A CHILD SERIAL KILLER IN ITS 37TH SEASON PREMIERE, “THE UNENDING SEARCH FOR SARA ANNE WOOD. This Episode Is Part of an All-New Saturday Night True-Crime Double Feature.”
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that two, brand new episodes of 48 Hours are hitting the air tonight, September 21, 2024, starting in the 8 pm central standard time slot. They will also be available for streaming on Paramount+.
