New NCIS Origins October 14 Premiere Episodes 1 & 2 Spoilers Revealed
Hey, “NCIS” fans. Welcome to the brand new, premiere season 1 of CBS’ new drama series and spin off NCIS: Origins. That’s right, guys. CBS is going to finally air the very first, premiere episodes 1 and 2 tonight, October 14, 2024, and we’ve got some new spoiler scoops for them to run by you guys.
We were able to get a hold of a couple of new, official teaser descriptions for this new episode 1 via CBS’ official episode 1 press release synopsis. So, let’s take a look at it right now.
First off, we’ve got an official title for this new episode 1. The writers decided to go with the name, “Enter Sandman.” It sounds like episode 1 will feature some interesting, possible dramatic and intense scenes as we go back to the year 1991. A new career is started and more.
The first spoiler scoop reveals that we’re going to see the timeline get set for 1991 in this origin series, and it will be all about a young Leroy Jethro Gibbs before the NCIS events. CBS’ official description for Leroy Jethro Gibbs before the NCIS events tells us, “A young Leroy Jethro Gibbs (Austin Stowell) in 1991, years prior to the events of NCIS, and is narrated by Mark Harmon.”
The second and final description for these new episodes 1 and 2 lets us know that we’ll see when the young Gibbs started out as a new, special agent over at a fledging NCIS camp Pendleton office. He will be seen, forging his spot on the team, which is led by an NCIS legend named Mike Franks.
CBS’ description for young Gibbs starting his new agent career storyline reads like this, “In the series, Gibbs starts his career as a newly minted special agent at the fledgling NCIS Camp Pendleton office, where he forges his place on a gritty ragtag team led by NCIS legend Mike Franks (Kyle Schmid).”
The season regulars that will be featured in episodes 1 and 2 are: Mariel Molino as Special Agent Lala Dominguez, Tyla Abercrumbie as Field Operation Support Officer Mary Jo Sullivan, and Diany Rodriguez as Special Agent Vera Strickland. Episodes 1 and 2 were written by Gina Lucita Monreal and David J. North, and it was directed by Niels Arden Oplev.
Again, CBS’ press release confirmed that tonight’s new, premiere episodes 1 and 2 of NCIS: Origins’ new season 1 are indeed scheduled to hit the air tonight, October 14, 2024 in the 8 pm central standard time slot. They will also be available for streaming on Paramount+ (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the episode airs).
